About: Hi pet lovers! Just wanted to put a couple of things up front...first as far as dog walking is concerned I'm getting a lot of requests from all over Jersey and I don't have a car so unfortunately I've had to turn most of them down. So please note I'm only looking for dog walking jobs in Edgewater or elsewhere if you are open to paying for my uber there & back (I actually do have one client who does that, that's the only reason I'm including it). The second thing is regarding housesitting...please note that if you are requesting housesitting, I'm happy to if I'm available but I need to be able to bring my 1 1/2 yr old micro mini labradoodle, Cole. I already have it in my profile below but I just got a request from someone who said no because I have a dog so I'm writing it very first thing in case people don't read any further. And speaking of Cole, he LOVES other dogs. So if you are interested in having me host your dog for doggy day care or a longer stay, I just would need to know your dog gets along with other dogs as well. Obviously it's harder for me to do house sitting now but I'm leaving it up on the chance I have someone who wouldn't mind me bringing him. Anyway, Cole and I both look forward to meeting your pups (or cats for that matter, He's also great with cats, he's super loving to all and doesn't have a mean bone in his body). And on that note... I adore dogs and cats (not to mention hedgehogs, shout out to Choggie and Jefferson, may they RIP.). About: Hello! I’ve taken care of dogs, birds, and rabbits over the years. I have a three-year-old sweet husky mix who loves to socialize. I care a lot about the little things. I love to hike, do long walks with dogs, meditate, and write poetry. I have a few big areas for dogs to run around in my apartment. I live one block from Central Park and go there at least once a day for a long walk. I‘m happy to watch your dog at mine or yours. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I’m currently in grad school and have the summer off. I have a lot of free time at home to share with your wonderful dogs! I take my dog to central park and/ or the river every day for long walks. I have a crate which I can use to separate her from your dog if need be. I play fetch and give sit/ down/ stay/ heel commands to my pup. Happy to do whatever is required.
“Randi is the best petsitter you can ever get or hope to get! I had to go away for a all week and this was my first time ever leaving my cat with a stranger and in a different house. Before leaving I was a little anxious since my cat is not used at all to be with other people but for the all trip Randi sent me pictures of my cat and kept me posted about how it was going. She literally went above and beyond and I could say from the pictures that she sent me and also when I went to pick up my cat, how good she was with him. I have to say that my cat doesn’t get comfortable with people easily and literally when I went to pick up my cat, he didn’t even wanna leave her place anymore lol She also made sure that he was eating enough and had enough water every day. Randi went to buy extra food and litter without even me asking her to do so, just to make sure that my cat had all he needed. She was super caring and nice with him the all time. Honestly I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend her for your pet. You will be very happy to leave your hairy friend in good hands. Thank you so much Randi. I will certainly book her again.”
