I met with her and her husband the day prior to drop off for a temperament test , which my social boy did well on. The next day I dropped him off and I really really appreciated the pictures posted and sent to me and the quick communication!! That was one of my biggest things, I really really appreciated that. So much so that I am currently about to book another boarding service haha: if your baby feels comfortable around other dogs and enjoys play, this will be like summer camp haha Thank you for your flexibility with airline issues and again just the reassurance and communication. Hopefully Ollie will be back soon !!”
