Given that I was a first time dog parent and had recently adopted Benji, I was nervous about boarding him so early on during Benji’s decompression period. Eric was great with communication - he agreed to meet Benji prior to the boarding date so Benji could be familiar with him. He also provided my husband and I photos/videos of Benji daily.
