“I can’t believe I’m writing this review so late! I was traveling for a lot of August and I was able to come across Iona’s boarding services when a last minute trip change occurred. I met with her and her husband the day prior to drop off for a temperament test , which my social boy did well on. The next day I dropped him off and I really really appreciated the pictures posted and sent to me and the quick communication!! That was one of my biggest things, I really really appreciated that. So much so that I am currently about to book another boarding service haha: if your baby feels comfortable around other dogs and enjoys play, this will be like summer camp haha Thank you for your flexibility with airline issues and again just the reassurance and communication. Hopefully Ollie will be back soon !!”

About: Hi, I’m a dog Mom to Ruben and Teddy. I have a cozy home for dogs who love companionship, comfort, and plenty of attention. I offer a safe, peaceful space with room to relax, play, and enjoy daily walks. I have experience raising and crate-training Ruben from puppyhood and Teddy was adopted as a rescue. I understand the importance of routines, patience, consistent use of language and special treats to build trust with dogs. I work remotely, which allows me to provide supervision, personalized care, and a calm environment where dogs feel comfortable, and loved. It would be my joy to help be a part of your dog’s care team! I provide discounts to repeat customers and welcome working with you on pricing for extended stays and care for multiple dogs. My days usually include 2–3 walks: 10-15 min around my quite neighborhood block, playtime: fetch, belly rubs etc, potty breaks on a leash in the back yard and lots of opportunities for dogs to relax and chill independently or cuddle with me. When coming inside from walks, I wipe down their paws and faces with dog-safe wipes. I often play calming dog music and am happy to continue routines from home, including favorite treats, chews, or comfort items you send along. I keep routines as consistent as possible. I only care for a small number of dogs at a time (no more than four), which allows me to give each pup personalized care if needed. My home has plenty of space for dogs to relax and move around inside, and a semi-fenced yard for supervised outdoor time. For safety, I use leashes for all outdoor activities and always keep a close eye on the dogs in my care. I also have a crate and separate areas available if a dog needs quiet time, a break from the group, or their own comfortable space. I especially enjoy caring for small and medium-sized dogs who thrive in a relaxed home setting and would love having Ruben a and Teddy as a friendly companion during their stay.

“I had an amazing experience having Denis and his wife to watch my cat Fifi for a few days! They were able to confirm to watch my cat, given the short notice and on a holiday weekend. I was sent plenty pictures and videos throughout her stay and I was shocked to see how quickly Fifi adjusted to her new environment. I was happy hearing how well she was doing, and seeing her be herself. She had earned their trust pretty quickly on. They really took the time to care for my angel 😌 I could see how much passion, care and attention they have for animals and they treated Fifi as if she was theirs. 🥲 I was worry-free most of the time, knowing she was having a blast with her new friends ☺️ I was able to get alot done while they took Fifi off my hands. My cat will definitely miss being there with them. I am so glad I booked and I absolutely trust them with her again. I highly recommend them looking after your pet! 😊”
