“Naomi was amazing! She was so communicative, comforting, and kind. She was ON TOP of things in every single way. I needed a sitter last minute about a week out from my family vacation. I was scrambling to find someone on rover and Naomi was available and excited to watch Genevieve! On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. I am so thankful I found her when I did, and that Genny had such a wonderful time! She was whining when we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! I would recommend Naomi many times over and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!”

Athena is so diligent about keeping them in their routines and knows what to do if your pup has an upset stomach or anything specific within the care instructions. “I’m a first time Rover user and Omar went above and beyond to make everything super easy. I had to head out of town kind of last minute and needed boarding for my Pitbull Border Collie mix, Sage. We met up beforehand so he could meet her and I could meet him, and I really can’t say enough good things. Omar made me feel at ease right away and was great with Sage. She was instantly comfortable around him. When I dropped her off she didn’t even look back at me, which honestly says it all. He sent daily updates with pictures and videos, and was always on time for drop off and pickup. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Omar again. 🐐”

“My dog, Roo, had a phenomenal stay with Leticia!! Leticia was very kind and friendly, and had a lovely and cozy home that I felt very comfortable with Roo staying at. Roo is a very finicky chihuahua with high anxiety and is an extreme velcro dog, and she bonded with Leticia without a problem! Roo also tends to go on hunger strikes while I’m away, but to my surprise and delight, she had no problems eating while at Leticia’s! Leticia sent lots of pictures and videos of Roo, which really helped my own anxiety with leaving Roo with a sitter from Rover for the first time. Overall, Roo was happy and healthy and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I would definitely recommend Leticia to anyone!!”
