“Noelle is the absolute sweetest person ever. Me and my bf left our 9 month old pitbull/beagle mix Milo with her for 3 nights 4 days. From the moment we dropped him off she was calm, kind, very knowledgeable, and knew how to handle Milo right away since he still has a ways to go with socialization. She came up with a game plan instantly so Milo and the other pups could still play but also have relaxation breaks, she kept me posted, sent me pics and updates my entire trip. We have a trip planned for Italy in July and we will 100% be using noelle again !!”

“William and his family have been amazing. I received updates and pictures every day I was away from my pitty and will absolutely be sending her back in the future. Thanks again William!”

“I reached out on very short notice but she was able to watch MJ. She sent pics and kept me updated the whole time. Very grateful for her! Thank you!! MJ will definitely be a returning client”

“Priyanka truly went above and beyond to take care of my senior dog. She is the best caretaker I’ve ever had in Rover would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Travis and Mel were wonderful in caring for our two dogs. I felt comfortable because of their consistent communication and updates. They gave me a sense of relief because of their experience and genuine compassion for dogs. I am happy knowing that I have reliable sitters whenever we plan to travel again.”

“She contacted me everyday and told me the time she ate and send me pictures I felt very comfortable glory sitting my dog . The time I broung the dog she was already outside and when I picked up the dog she was downstairs also . my dog came back smelling very good btw 🤣. I’m definitely going to rebook with glory”

“Lio is truly a beloved member of our family and is adored by my three children. I am very selective about where I leave him and rarely trust anyone else to care for him. From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. Whenever I called or had a question, they were always responsive and thoughtful, which gave me great peace of mind. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Their love for animals is obvious, and they treated Lio as if he were their own. I highly recommend their dog-sitting service to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet care.”

“We are definitely happy with Jorge. Our Shi-tzu dog Chico stayed 10 days at his place. Chico had absolutely comfortable and fun time with doggie friends. Jorge sent us pictures, let us know how Chico's doing, and took her for nice walks. We highly appreciate his care and communication.”

“We had an amazing experience with Naomi! She took care of our corgi, Lola, for 4 days while we were away, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Lola was so well cared for. We’re so grateful for the care and attention she gave to our pup, we’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter!”

“This was our third time leaving our baby with Shaun. I’ll reiterate how much of a pleasure Shaun is. From the constant communication, to his warm demeanor, we truly are blessed to have found him!”

“Wonderful people Dana and Seth were taking care of Kofa! They were both very communicative sending me pictures and updates through my trip! Also very accommodating, Kofa definitely had an incredible time while there.”

“As always, Pip had a fantastic time with Vivian and Ronnie. There was a buddy there named Cha Cha and they became best of friends even sharing their beds! Always so grateful to have found Vivian and Ronnie and Pip is looking forward to the next time he gets to stay with them!”

“We’re so grateful for the amazing care Sujaya gave our dog, Bosston, over the weekend. They were incredibly attentive, especially when Bosston’s belly wasn’t feeling the best and during the fireworks, which usually make him nervous. She went the extra mile to comfort him and kept us updated the whole time, which gave us so much peace of mind. We could tell Bosston was in loving hands. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!!”

“Katherine is very nice and I can see our Leo enjoyed his stay with her. He even looks like he misses her. She regularly sent us videos and we were at ease that we left him in good hands. We highly recommend her services.”

“Binta is an all-star and a consummate professional! My dog loved her right away. Binta made sure my dog stayed on a comforting routine, gave her lots of attention, made sure she got a lot of outdoor time and exercise, etc. Binta’s updates were extremely detailed and featured lots of cute pictures. Her place is cozy, clean, and organized, making it an ideal home away from home for your furry loved one. We will definitely call on Binta again the next time we travel.”

Auredy was absolutely amazing with my two pups, Wynter and Goose! She accepted my reservation on very short notice, and from the very beginning, she made the entire experience stress-free. Over the four nights they stayed with her, Auredy walked them twice a day, sent me plenty of photos and updates, and kept me informed about how they were doing every step of the way. Her communication was exceptional—she was always quick to respond and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. The pictures and updates showed just how much fun Wynter and Goose were having, and it was clear they were being treated with genuine love and care. When I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed their time with her. I would recommend Auredy without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. She truly deserves a 10/10, and I will absolutely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you, Auredy, for taking such wonderful care of Wynter and Goose!

Rover Review for Leon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for someone to trust with your dogs, please read this. This isn't just another Rover review for us. For almost two years, my wife and I didn't take a single vacation. We used to travel six or seven times a year, but that all stopped after a tragedy changed our family forever. Our beloved 14-year-old Labrador Pit Bull mix, Cooper, stayed with a dog sitter we had trusted for nine years. Before we left, Cooper was happy, vibrant, and full of life. Aside from a little arthritis that comes with age, he was healthy. We had been playing with him before leaving for our five-day vacation, and there was absolutely nothing to suggest anything was wrong. When Cooper was dropped off at our home after we returned, we were told everything had gone great. The moment I took him out of the car, I knew something was terribly wrong. He could barely walk. We rushed Cooper to the veterinarian. Two days later, he deteriorated rapidly. We learned he had suffered a severe spinal injury, and on New Year's Eve we had to say goodbye to the glue of our family. Cooper wasn't just our dog. He was the heart of our home. He was the one who held everyone together. To this day, we'll never know exactly what happened because we were never given an explanation. That experience changed us forever. It left us with PTSD and a fear of ever leaving our dogs with anyone again. Anyone who truly loves a dog understands they aren't just pets. They're family. Losing Cooper devastated us, but it also devastated our chocolate Labrador, Chloe. She grieved his loss right alongside us. The house became quiet. The joy was gone. Almost a year later, after a lot of healing, we welcomed another chocolate Labrador into our family, Callie. Even then, we still couldn't bring ourselves to travel. The thought of leaving Chloe and Callie with anyone filled us with anxiety. Finding someone you can trust is one of the hardest things in the world. Everyone has great reviews. Everyone says the right things. But when your dogs are your family, reviews only go so far. Then we met Leon. From our very first meet and greet, something just felt different. I went by myself with Callie and Chloe so they could meet Leon. We spent a long time talking about dogs, life, and how he and his wife started Dog City. He shared stories about the dogs they've loved over the years, and you could immediately tell that caring for dogs wasn't simply a business to him. It was something he genuinely loved. Callie and Chloe immediately felt comfortable around him. Labs tend to love everyone, but I could tell they were relaxed, and that meant a lot to me. Even after that first meeting, I went home and thought about it for almost a month. That's how difficult this decision was. Finally, I told my wife, "I really want you to meet Leon. We have to get away. It's time." So we went back together for a second visit. She asked every question she wanted to ask, and Leon answered every one of them with patience, kindness, and understanding. We never told Leon what had happened to Cooper. We simply told him that our previous dog sitter had retired. He had no idea we were carrying almost two years of fear and heartbreak. Looking back now, I think that says even more about the kind of person he is. His compassion wasn't because he knew our story. It was simply who he is. A week later, we dropped Chloe and Callie off for a short four-day vacation—our first trip in almost two years. While we were away, Leon sent us pictures every single day. He stayed in touch throughout our trip, letting us know how our girls were doing and giving us something we hadn't felt in a very long time. Peace of mind. His home has a beautiful fenced backyard, but what impressed us the most wasn't the house. It was his heart. There is a huge difference between someone who watches dogs because it's a job and someone who genuinely loves them like family. Leon is that person. When we picked Chloe and Callie up, they were happy, healthy, relaxed, and obviously well cared for. Every toy, every dog bed, every leash, and every belonging we brought had been neatly packed and waiting for us. Leon greeted us with a huge smile and sincerely told us how happy he was that we had finally been able to get away and enjoy ourselves. That simple statement meant more than he'll probably ever know. Leon didn't just take care of our dogs. He gave us something we thought we had lost forever. He gave us back our trust. Leon may never realize it, but by simply being the caring, compassionate person he is, he helped us take the first step toward healing. Sometimes people change your life without ever knowing they did. If you're reading this because you're nervous about leaving your dog with someone, please know that I completely understand how you feel. I've lived through the nightmare every dog owner fears. That's why I can say this with complete confidence. I trust Leon with Callie and Chloe. For me, there is no greater compliment I could ever give another human being. Leon, thank you for treating our girls like they were your own. Thank you for your kindness, your patience, your communication, and, most importantly, your heart. Because of you, my wife and I were able to begin traveling again after almost two years. You didn't just take care of Callie and Chloe. You gave two people who had forgotten how to trust the confidence to start living again. We'll never forget that. Thank you, Leon. — Ralph & Vivian

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lakeema! From the moment Winter arrived, I knew she was in great hands, but Lakeema exceeded every expectation. She treated Winter like one of her own, and it was clear that Winter absolutely fell in love with her and her family. Throughout the stay, I received updates that gave me so much peace of mind, and when I picked Winter up, she came home happy, relaxed, and literally smiling. It was obvious she had been showered with love, attention, and care the entire time. What truly touched my heart was the kindness Lakeema showed me as well. She even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected. That level of care and generosity speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. As a dog mom, finding someone you trust with your fur baby is priceless, and I can confidently say Winter has found her sitter for life. We are so grateful for Lakeema and her wonderful family, and I know Winter is already looking forward to her next visit! Thank you, Lakeema, for loving Winter like your own. ❤️🐾🎂

Monica was great with my two shih-poos! She was loving, extra attentive, and took care of several details, including insulin shots and careful walks with my older dog who is diabetic and blind. She sent videos and photos, and was lovely to deal with. I recommend!

Excellent service provided by Brandon. Kash enjoyed his time with him and was returned to me in a healthy and happy condition! Brandon provided photos and updates to calm my nerves I have with leaving Kash with a sitter. 10/10, highly recommend booking with Brandon.

Beatriz and her family genuinely care about our fur babies as if they were their own! My dogs are older, one has arthritis and separation anxiety, yet Beatriz gave him the love and attention he required. She was extraordinarily accommodating. Her home is spacious and very pet friendly. She sends daily pictures and updates. When I am making travel arrangements, I check her availability first because I wouldn’t want anyone else to care for my pets during my absence. Thank you Beatriz!
