About: I’ve always loved animals as a child and young adult. I also grew up taking care of my family pet (a female Silky Terrier) who lived 14 beautiful years before her passing in 2018. Thanks to the pandemic, I've been able to hone in and build a loyal clientele where I offer pet sitting, walking and boarding experiences for both dogs and cats. I can help elevate any pet stress you may be experiencing. Located in the Bronx, but willing to travel. I require a 4 hour minimum notice ahead of requested service. I only book pets one at a time (or double if your pet has a sibling). This is for safety and undivided attention. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment where your pet can roam free with my discretion. Willing to also crate and adjust according to comfort. Let’s discuss!
“My dogs always love going to Leon’s. They pulled me to his door and were so excited to see them. They had another wonderful stay. We will continue booking with Leon when we need a sitter.”

“I enlisted assistance of Bianca when I needed to board my pets over the holiday due to last minute work reassignment and Bianca made herself available on short notice. I also placed my babies in her daycare and she was more than helpful in rearranging her schedule to meet our needs. She has been more than kind, attentive and accommodating to my babies, Autumn and Pumpkin, from the moment they met. She took the time to bring her baby, Bb, to meet my pups I and ensured that everyone got along. She's focused on assuring me that my babies needs are met with contact continuously while they're in her care - with pictures videos and text updates. If you're looking for a dedicated, responsible, caring individual to care for your babies, then have found the one in Bianca. I am so grateful for the care she has provided my babies and will continue to enlist her help in the future.”

About: I With over 20 years of pet care experience, I’ve had the joy of caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. My background includes time working in an animal clinic, where I gained valuable hands-on knowledge in animal health, medication administration, and recognizing when extra care is needed. Today, I focus fully on providing personalized, in-home pet sitting and walking services right here in the Bronx. I’m passionate about giving every dog the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feeding, or overnight stays, I treat your pets like my own. I send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and well cared for. I bring my own supplies (treats, waste bags, toys, etc.) and am happy to follow any specific instructions or routines you provide. I love all dogs — from energetic pups to senior companions — and have experience with oral medications, gentle handling for anxious pets, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. My goal is simple: make sure your furry family member has a great time while you’re away, and you come home to a wagging tail and happy reports. Fun fact: My own dog [add your dog’s name/breed if you want] keeps me active and reminds me every day why I love this work! Pets fit into my daily routine quite well. I make sure to feed them, provide fresh water, and clean their living spaces regularly. I also take time to play with them and give them the attention they need. In addition, I schedule regular visits to the vet for check-ups and ensure they receive proper exercise and mental stimulation I care for pets by ensuring they have a comfortable and safe environment, providing them with proper nutrition, regular exercise, and mental stimulation. I also prioritize their health and well-being by scheduling regular visits to the vet and keeping up with their vaccinations and preventive care.

I have a free schedule and I’m able to watch over, and take care of animals like they are my own. I have a pet hamster which is very well taken care of. If he needs a trip to the vet it is taken care of because he’s s not “ just a hamster”, no matter the size of the pet, i will love them equally.
“My dog Ocho absolutely loves Jorge. It was his first time at doggy daycare with Jorge (as opposed to walks). As soon as we walked him outside to meet with Jorge, Ocho tried to jump in his trunk! No lie!! Again, I was a bit jealous that he loves Jorge that much, but very appreciative to have found Jorge, who is now part of our doggy circle! Jorge sent over 20 pictures of Ocho having fun throughout the day, which I lovvvvveedd. I’ve previously left my dog at doggy day care facilities and had to beg for feedback and/or pictures, but not with Jorge!! Book him now, you won’t regret it!”

“She was amazing and so good to my dog even when I left my dogs stuff at the hotel 🤦♀️ She was so kind and understanding and would text updates throughout the day! She took him on multiple walks and actually got him to eat his dinner! 10/10 would recommend. Also if you are new to New York, she’s got the details and good recommendations of places to go!”

“Daisy was absolutely WONDERFUL! We had never left our pup with a sitter so our anxiety was through the roof. From the moment we met her she was extremely reassuring and calming. She showed us around her home and space, kept us updated with photos/videos and just overall had great energy. Our pup Remi clearly was taken care of.”

I run a small business from my home, which means I am able to give all my dog guests ample attention and time. It also allows me more flexibility to serve my customers’ schedules and any emergencies that come up. I live in a semi-suburban area of the Bronx in the first floor of a house with a small yard and a well-secured fenced. It is perfect for the dogs to play in, sniff about or even sunbathe. For safety’s sake, I monitor the dogs anytime they are in the yard. There is an external gate leading to the front door of my house, which I keep shut to prevent any dogs from running out unexpectedly. Finally, out an abundance of caution, I affix Apple airtags to the collars of all my guest dogs. In addition to two extra large crates, my home has The apartment is full of dog beds, including two “dens” in my closets. My shower is equipped for bathing dogs. I have two dog first aid kits (one in the house and a second in the car) and am familiar with dog first aid and CPR. I have extra pet seatbelts, harnesses if transportation is required, as well as extra collars and leashes for walks.

Wakefield-Williamsbridge dog parents share their Rover experiences
Daisy did well with our kid. There was information provided about her plans for his stay. Her updates corresponded with what she told us. Our dog was happy. We know his temperament very well if he has a good experience vs a not so good one. He was content. Updates on our pup is of huge importance. Transparency is equally important and can serve as a deal breaker when leaving our dog with anyone. Daisy followed through with what she communicated. We received updates and text responses. Overall a good experience. Will consider her services again for our baby.

They were perfect! From drop-off to pick-up, I had zero issues. My one-year-old husky, who usually doesn’t like going to doggy sitters, LOVED them! She wanted to stay with them, lol! The prices were perfect, and I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE who needs a pet sitter! 10/10, will book again!

Maria is simply the best sitter and there is no comparison. We’ve used her to care for our boy for overnight trips and for daycare and he simply loves her. She is thoughtful, very communicative, shares updates and videos and most importantly she cares for your dog like she would her own. Highly recommend!!
