It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! Dropoff and pickup were easy to coordinate. Even when we returned a bit later than anticipated, Steve was easy going about it. I picked up a very happy, rested pup! I'll definitely be using Steve again!”
