From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. Whenever I called or had a question, they were always responsive and thoughtful, which gave me great peace of mind. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Their love for animals is obvious, and they treated Lio as if he were their own.
