“5 STARS!!!! Victor is a loving and talented pet person. He saved me in a last minute travel situation! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. He lives on a quiet street with really wide sidewalks, good if your dog has dog reactivity. Perfect experience from start to finish.”

From the moment Sandra and I met, I could see how loving and caring she was for her own adorable pup, Penny. We did a meet and greet and Violet and Penny got along beautifully! “Naomi was amazing! She was so communicative, comforting, and kind. She was ON TOP of things in every single way. I needed a sitter last minute about a week out from my family vacation. I was scrambling to find someone on rover and Naomi was available and excited to watch Genevieve! On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. I am so thankful I found her when I did, and that Genny had such a wonderful time! She was whining when we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! I would recommend Naomi many times over and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!”

Since it was my first time leaving Obi, I was pretty nervous, but they took the time to learn about Obi’s routine and what makes him feel at home, which really meant a lot. They sent so many photos and videos throughout his stay, from the funny moments to the everyday things, and it made me so happy to see how relaxed and loved he looked. He instantly clicked with Izzy and Luna, and seeing them all together was the cutest thing ever. He even ended up liking their toys more hahaha! She kept me updated throughout his stay, sent pictures, and communicated any questions or concerns. When I picked Rex up, he didn’t even want to leave, which says a lot! Binta is great at communicating and taking care of all your pet’s needs. Leading up to my pets stay Binta was available for not only a meet and greet , but available for all my questions and concerns. This was my first time booking with not only Rover , but with a pet sitter . Leaving my puppy for 1 week scared me tremendously, but I was put at complete ease after communicating with Binta. She worked hard to stay on schedule with my pets walks and feeding times. She also kept him busy with park activities and socialization for my pup ! She kept me updated each day and was always available for communication! I would definitely rebook with Binta for future stays !
Stevie had the best stay with Ethel and her daughter! She gets multiple walks—even in wild weather—and spends her days playing with her new dog friends, taking cozy naps, and getting so much love and care. They treat her like part of the family, and I always know she’s in wonderful hands. No one in the city will care for your fur baby better than these two. We’re so grateful for them! 🐾💕
Stephanie and Corey were absolutely amazing with my baby! 🐾❤️ They were so playful and loving with her, sent tons of updates, photos, and videos, and truly treated her like their own. Their dogs were also the sweetest playmates for Piper! I usually get nervous leaving her, but they made me feel completely at ease knowing she was happy, loved, and well cared for. I couldn’t recommend them enough and would absolutely trust them with my baby again! 🥰🐶
Iliana was absolutely amazing with Kylo! From the moment I dropped him off, her communication was top tier. I received updates every morning, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. What really stood out to me was how attentive she was to Kylo’s needs. She even took the time to take care of his eye and make sure he was comfortable. That meant so much to me because it showed that she genuinely cared about him and wasn’t just watching him. Kylo came home happy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am incredibly impressed and grateful for the amazing care Naomi gave my two dogs over the 9 days she watched them. This was my first time using a sitter, and I was especially nervous because one of my dogs has separation anxiety. Priyanka was incredibly sweet and did a wonderful job caring for Maya! She was a huge help for me for a last minute work trip. She was flexible, calm, reassuring, and took lovely care of my dog.
