“I’m a first time Rover user and Omar went above and beyond to make everything super easy. I had to head out of town kind of last minute and needed boarding for my Pitbull Border Collie mix, Sage. We met up beforehand so he could meet her and I could meet him, and I really can’t say enough good things. Omar made me feel at ease right away and was great with Sage. She was instantly comfortable around him. When I dropped her off she didn’t even look back at me, which honestly says it all. He sent daily updates with pictures and videos, and was always on time for drop off and pickup. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Omar again. 🐐”

“I booked Steve after a communication issue with the previously booked sitter very close to the holiday. It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! Dropoff and pickup were easy to coordinate. Even when we returned a bit later than anticipated, Steve was easy going about it. I picked up a very happy, rested pup! I'll definitely be using Steve again!”
