Every year at the beginning of January, my partner and I travel from the Bronx, NY to Coral Springs, FL with our elderly snowbird friends. We usually stay through my birthday and return at the end of the month, then make another trip back in April or May to bring them home. During these trips, having someone we can truly trust with our dog is essential. We have a 3-year-old Doberman Pinscher named Dino, and he is a big, strong boy who needs confident and experienced handling. Erick has been nothing short of amazing. He consistently kept us fully updated on every walk, immediately communicated anything that needed attention, and was always quick to respond whenever we reached out. Erick is professional, reliable, and genuinely caring, and it gave us total peace of mind knowing Dino was in such good hands while we were away. “We have been working with Emmanuel for almost 2 years on both regular walks Monday through Friday, emergency walks, and drop-in walks (3xs/day) when out of town. We have a 12-year old Pittie who absolutely adores him, and we trust him with her care. She is dog-reactive, has a heart condition (and now lymphoma), and required meds when we’re away. Emmanuel treated her with so much care and love and almost daily walked her MUCH longer than the 30 minutes we requested. He’s professional and friendly and is just an all around good person. If it weren’t for her costs of her cancer treatment, we’d still be using him. Highly recommend Emmanuel!”
