It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! We have a 12-year old Pittie who absolutely adores him, and we trust him with her care. She is dog-reactive, has a heart condition (and now lymphoma), and required meds when we’re away. Emmanuel treated her with so much care and love and almost daily walked her MUCH longer than the 30 minutes we requested. He’s professional and friendly and is just an all around good person. Today, we care for Lunae Lux, our energetic Siberian Husky, and Fayth, Justin’s affectionate cat. For Esther, being surrounded by animals was always a dream—and marrying Justin made it a reality. It’s allowed her to bond deeply with both Lunae and Fayth, fulfilling her lifelong wish to share her days with furry companions. “I’m a first time Rover user and Omar went above and beyond to make everything super easy. I had to head out of town kind of last minute and needed boarding for my Pitbull Border Collie mix, Sage. We met up beforehand so he could meet her and I could meet him, and I really can’t say enough good things. Omar made me feel at ease right away and was great with Sage. She was instantly comfortable around him. When I dropped her off she didn’t even look back at me, which honestly says it all. He sent daily updates with pictures and videos, and was always on time for drop off and pickup. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Omar again. 🐐”
“Binta is great at communicating and taking care of all your pet’s needs. Leading up to my pets stay Binta was available for not only a meet and greet , but available for all my questions and concerns. This was my first time booking with not only Rover , but with a pet sitter . Leaving my puppy for 1 week scared me tremendously, but I was put at complete ease after communicating with Binta. She worked hard to stay on schedule with my pets walks and feeding times. She also kept him busy with park activities and socialization for my pup ! She kept me updated each day and was always available for communication! I would definitely rebook with Binta for future stays !”

“Naomi was amazing! She was so communicative, comforting, and kind. She was ON TOP of things in every single way. I needed a sitter last minute about a week out from my family vacation. I was scrambling to find someone on rover and Naomi was available and excited to watch Genevieve! On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. I am so thankful I found her when I did, and that Genny had such a wonderful time! She was whining when we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! I would recommend Naomi many times over and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!”
