“Giselle was great. This was my first time boarding my dog in any capacity so needless to say I was both nervous and apprehensive. Within an hour Giselle was providing videos and updates on my dog which helped my wife and I get comfortable very fast. Giselle is also very accommodating as we had to increase the stay one night which she did for us with no problem. There is a lot more to say, but overall I highly recommend her services.”

About: I love animals - I have taken care of kittens, old dogs, and everything in between. Having grown up with dogs and cats all my life in Western Massachusetts, I am used to a pet friendly environment and used to treating animals like they’re apart of your family. I work from home in finance with a lot of time to spare! I can provide them a lot of attention and walk them as many times as needed. I try to make each day special for them when they’re in my care. I love to introduce myself and try to get pets to warm up to me while playing. Treats sometimes help depending on the owner’s preference. If they’re in a new environment, I would give them a quick tour and provide them with a place to lie down. After developing trust, a quick walk and some food should solidify that further.

“Adela is a lifesaver and amazing dog sitter! She watched my foster dog for 4 days and took such good care of him. The last time he was in the kennel, he destroyed his blankets and was very distressed upon returning home. This time - after coming back from Adela’s - he was super relaxed, independent (not clinging) and in great spirits. He ate well, got a lot of exercise, and didn’t stress-chew his blankets or toys :) He seemed to have a really great time and Adela was fantastic - she is experienced with fosters and was able to handle his quirks, including reactivity toward other dogs, and even practiced new training techniques and connected me with a trainer who works well with fosters. Adela was super flexible with pick up and drop off, sent me pictures and many updates. I would highly recommend Adela’s petsitting services to all pet owners !!”
