It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! Dropoff and pickup were easy to coordinate. Even when we returned a bit later than anticipated, Steve was easy going about it. I picked up a very happy, rested pup! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 2 years, I also do dog walking. I treats dogs like my own, I have a 3 year old male Pomeranian/King Charles spaniel dog. I’ve trained him to be able to be free at the park and being able to come back to me without running away. He knows not to eat food from the floor. He’s a very obedient dog, I make sure the dogs that I board feel comfortable with me and my dog, I like to walk them at least 3 times a day and for long period of time, I have a park near by where I like to take them to sniff around and run around in the dog park. I also give them treats when at home, dogs are allowed to be on the bed, I provide access to water 24/7. I’m working full time, as I am a stay at home mom of a 4 month old baby. I’m able to play with the dogs, and walk them outside 3-4 times a day. I have a 3 years old male Pomeranian/ King Charles spaniel dog, 20 pounds he's very anxious at first but warms up perfectly fine after. I live in an apartment, I don’t keep my dog in a crate but he’s crate trained. I’m able to keep your dog in crate if you prefer. I don’t provide crates, if I see my dog is very anxious with the dog I’m boarding to keep both dogs safe I will leave my dog with my mom. Other than that I usually don’t have any problems with dogs being on the bed etc.. My dog doesn’t isn’t aggressive, he’s just anxious when meeting new dogs. But he likes to have company since he’s by myself. I have my living room free with plenty of space for them play around, I recently moved into a new apartment so I dont have any furniture in the living room.
