It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. He lives on a quiet street with really wide sidewalks, good if your dog has dog reactivity. Perfect experience from start to finish.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 2 years, I also do dog walking. I treats dogs like my own, I have a 3 year old male Pomeranian/King Charles spaniel dog. I’ve trained him to be able to be free at the park and being able to come back to me without running away. He knows not to eat food from the floor. He’s a very obedient dog, I make sure the dogs that I board feel comfortable with me and my dog, I like to walk them at least 3 times a day and for long period of time, I have a park near by where I like to take them to sniff around and run around in the dog park. I also give them treats when at home, dogs are allowed to be on the bed, I provide access to water 24/7. I’m working full time, as I am a stay at home mom of a 4 month old baby. I’m able to play with the dogs, and walk them outside 3-4 times a day. I have a 3 years old male Pomeranian/ King Charles spaniel dog, 20 pounds he's very anxious at first but warms up perfectly fine after. I live in an apartment, I don’t keep my dog in a crate but he’s crate trained. I’m able to keep your dog in crate if you prefer. I don’t provide crates, if I see my dog is very anxious with the dog I’m boarding to keep both dogs safe I will leave my dog with my mom. Other than that I usually don’t have any problems with dogs being on the bed etc.. My dog doesn’t isn’t aggressive, he’s just anxious when meeting new dogs. But he likes to have company since he’s by myself. I have my living room free with plenty of space for them play around, I recently moved into a new apartment so I dont have any furniture in the living room.

On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! She clearly has an excellent way with dogs because our slightly nervous pooch seemed to feel at home right away, even with other dogs in the house (which she was not used to). We received regular updates with photos from Noelle and we felt very reassured that our dog was in very good hands. We would recommend Noelle!”
“Natali took wonderful care of Griffin while I was away. She was very patient with all of his quirks and special needs. She was very communicative and regularly let me know how he was doing. I really felt like she made Griffin very comfortable in her home and cared for him as if he were her own. I’m also very grateful to her for being so accommodating when I realized at the last minute that I had booked for the wrong dates! I would absolutely trust her to watch Griffin again in the future.”
“Binta is great at communicating and taking care of all your pet’s needs. Leading up to my pets stay Binta was available for not only a meet and greet , but available for all my questions and concerns. This was my first time booking with not only Rover , but with a pet sitter . Leaving my puppy for 1 week scared me tremendously, but I was put at complete ease after communicating with Binta. She worked hard to stay on schedule with my pets walks and feeding times. She also kept him busy with park activities and socialization for my pup ! She kept me updated each day and was always available for communication! I would definitely rebook with Binta for future stays !”

“I’m a first time Rover user and Omar went above and beyond to make everything super easy. I had to head out of town kind of last minute and needed boarding for my Pitbull Border Collie mix, Sage. We met up beforehand so he could meet her and I could meet him, and I really can’t say enough good things. Omar made me feel at ease right away and was great with Sage. She was instantly comfortable around him. When I dropped her off she didn’t even look back at me, which honestly says it all. He sent daily updates with pictures and videos, and was always on time for drop off and pickup. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Omar again. 🐐”

“Yusuf was amazing with Tonka! He sent us multiple daily updates and was always quick to communicate with us or to clarify if he had questions. He has a backyard which he allows the dogs to run around in and was looking after multiple dogs, so tonka had the time of his life playing. Above all Yusuf clearly cares about the dogs he is taking care of and Tonka has never been so comfortable staying in a new place. We wouldn't hesitate to ask Yusuf again!”

Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. “Anton was very kind and accommodating of my anxious dog. It was the very first boarding experience for my dog, Reiki, and he was very nervous when we arrived at Anton's place. I was worried that he would stay restless, but I was totally wrong! Anton sent me photos and updates, which made me feel safe asking more of his service again. Reiki was able to calm down within hours under his care, and very much enjoyed spending time with him 😄.”
