“William was took care of our dogs and was intentional about making sure they had what they needed. He sent a video each day he had them and was great to talk to. Plenty of space for the pups and kids to play with them. We are grateful and would definitely work with him again!”

“This was the first time being away from our dog and Nicole did a great job at making him and my family feel at ease! She regularly kept me updated with messages and pictures and took very good care of him. Will definitely use her again!”

“Noelle was amazing! We felt Koda was in such good hands. She took the time to learn our pup’s routine — feeding, walks, everything — and really stuck to it. She kept us updated with cute photos and even checked in to see if certain things were normal for her, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares. We’ll definitely be booking with Noelle again!”

“Naomi was amazing! Benji had an amazing time and Naomi was communicative and great throughout the whole process!! I highly recommend working with Naomi, I felt that my dog was in great hands while I was away.”

“This was my first time using this service, and I was very impressed. She sent me frequent updates with photos and messages about my dog’s condition throughout the day, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. It was a reliable and trustworthy experience, and I will definitely use her service again if I have the chance!”

“Grace and Wu G. have taken care of our dog twice now and they were amazing every time. There is outdoor space for our dog to play and be active, and they are so kind and careful to update us and send us photos so we know how she’s doing, and they were very accommodating when our plans changed.”

“Sabrina was so attentive and caring. She took amazing care of my puppy. He just had a surgery and I didn’t have to worry about him at all during my trip. Thanks again”

“Giselle took great care for my dog while I was an away for some time. She kept in contact with me every day, she sent me videos and pictures of my dog daily. I would definitely recommend her to watch your fur baby.”

“Anny is an absolute gem. She watched our Maltese, Lila, and she is extremely loving and caring. She doesn’t even have her own animals, yet her home is set up like a five-star resort for any pet who walks through her door. Gorgeous beds, little houses, toys everywhere, treats ready to go. If a dog or cat could design their dream home, it would look exactly like Anny’s. We’ve used many pet sitters over the years, but Anny is in a different league entirely. Lila actually hesitated to come home, which tells you everything you need to know. If you want your pet loved, spoiled, and treated like family, Anny is the one.”

“Sayarlin was soo accommodating while watching my dog Dream! Even when I had to extend the pick up dates she was still willing to help out as best as she could. She even took Dream to the park to play which i'm sure she enjoyed. I will definitely use her to watch Dream in the future.”

“Travis and Mel were wonderful in caring for our two dogs. I felt comfortable because of their consistent communication and updates. They gave me a sense of relief because of their experience and genuine compassion for dogs. I am happy knowing that I have reliable sitters whenever we plan to travel again.”

“Priyanka and her husband showed great care for Sage during his 4 day 3 night stay. They are stellar animal lovers and will be my go to whenever Sage has boarding needs.”

“We are definitely happy with Jorge. Our Shi-tzu dog Chico stayed 10 days at his place. Chico had absolutely comfortable and fun time with doggie friends. Jorge sent us pictures, let us know how Chico's doing, and took her for nice walks. We highly appreciate his care and communication.”

“Sarah gave Dante an outstanding stay caring for him while we were away visiting family do 3 days. She sent plenty of photos and kept us updated several times a day on how he was doing. She took Dante on 2-3 walks a day and gave him plenty of opportunities to make new furry friends at Central Park. Highly recommend Sarah and hope we can work together again!”

“Shaun was wonderful!!! I was nervous to leave nala with someone new for the first time and Shaun made sure Nala had a great time. He kept me updated with plenty of photos and texts keeping me at ease. I would absolutely recommend Shaun for anyone who wants great care taken of their pups!”

“We loved having Rafaelina and her family watch Turbo for the weekend. She provided lots of love and exercise for Turbo and she came home very happy and tired. Rafaelina provided many photo and updates throughout the weekend and made sure she understood our dogs schedule and preferences. Would definitely book again. THANK YOU!!!”

“Destiny is wonderful! She responded promptly to my request and was very accommodating and flexible around my time needs for drop-off and pick-up. She offered a FaceTime call before booking so I could feel confident and answer any questions I needed. My dog is a senior dog and can have separation anxiety, but I could tell she got along quickly with her. She was kind, courteous, and very friendly. I’ll definitely be continuing to book with Destiny!”

“Alyssa was fantastic with our dog. She’s genuinely caring and attentive, and it shows. We had back-to-back bookings with short turnaround, and our dog was happy and excited to go back to her. That says everything. We would absolutely book with Alyssa again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Eastchester
Auredy was absolutely amazing with my two pups, Wynter and Goose! She accepted my reservation on very short notice, and from the very beginning, she made the entire experience stress-free. Over the four nights they stayed with her, Auredy walked them twice a day, sent me plenty of photos and updates, and kept me informed about how they were doing every step of the way. Her communication was exceptional—she was always quick to respond and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. The pictures and updates showed just how much fun Wynter and Goose were having, and it was clear they were being treated with genuine love and care. When I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed their time with her. I would recommend Auredy without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. She truly deserves a 10/10, and I will absolutely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you, Auredy, for taking such wonderful care of Wynter and Goose!

Rover Review for Leon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for someone to trust with your dogs, please read this. This isn't just another Rover review for us. For almost two years, my wife and I didn't take a single vacation. We used to travel six or seven times a year, but that all stopped after a tragedy changed our family forever. Our beloved 14-year-old Labrador Pit Bull mix, Cooper, stayed with a dog sitter we had trusted for nine years. Before we left, Cooper was happy, vibrant, and full of life. Aside from a little arthritis that comes with age, he was healthy. We had been playing with him before leaving for our five-day vacation, and there was absolutely nothing to suggest anything was wrong. When Cooper was dropped off at our home after we returned, we were told everything had gone great. The moment I took him out of the car, I knew something was terribly wrong. He could barely walk. We rushed Cooper to the veterinarian. Two days later, he deteriorated rapidly. We learned he had suffered a severe spinal injury, and on New Year's Eve we had to say goodbye to the glue of our family. Cooper wasn't just our dog. He was the heart of our home. He was the one who held everyone together. To this day, we'll never know exactly what happened because we were never given an explanation. That experience changed us forever. It left us with PTSD and a fear of ever leaving our dogs with anyone again. Anyone who truly loves a dog understands they aren't just pets. They're family. Losing Cooper devastated us, but it also devastated our chocolate Labrador, Chloe. She grieved his loss right alongside us. The house became quiet. The joy was gone. Almost a year later, after a lot of healing, we welcomed another chocolate Labrador into our family, Callie. Even then, we still couldn't bring ourselves to travel. The thought of leaving Chloe and Callie with anyone filled us with anxiety. Finding someone you can trust is one of the hardest things in the world. Everyone has great reviews. Everyone says the right things. But when your dogs are your family, reviews only go so far. Then we met Leon. From our very first meet and greet, something just felt different. I went by myself with Callie and Chloe so they could meet Leon. We spent a long time talking about dogs, life, and how he and his wife started Dog City. He shared stories about the dogs they've loved over the years, and you could immediately tell that caring for dogs wasn't simply a business to him. It was something he genuinely loved. Callie and Chloe immediately felt comfortable around him. Labs tend to love everyone, but I could tell they were relaxed, and that meant a lot to me. Even after that first meeting, I went home and thought about it for almost a month. That's how difficult this decision was. Finally, I told my wife, "I really want you to meet Leon. We have to get away. It's time." So we went back together for a second visit. She asked every question she wanted to ask, and Leon answered every one of them with patience, kindness, and understanding. We never told Leon what had happened to Cooper. We simply told him that our previous dog sitter had retired. He had no idea we were carrying almost two years of fear and heartbreak. Looking back now, I think that says even more about the kind of person he is. His compassion wasn't because he knew our story. It was simply who he is. A week later, we dropped Chloe and Callie off for a short four-day vacation—our first trip in almost two years. While we were away, Leon sent us pictures every single day. He stayed in touch throughout our trip, letting us know how our girls were doing and giving us something we hadn't felt in a very long time. Peace of mind. His home has a beautiful fenced backyard, but what impressed us the most wasn't the house. It was his heart. There is a huge difference between someone who watches dogs because it's a job and someone who genuinely loves them like family. Leon is that person. When we picked Chloe and Callie up, they were happy, healthy, relaxed, and obviously well cared for. Every toy, every dog bed, every leash, and every belonging we brought had been neatly packed and waiting for us. Leon greeted us with a huge smile and sincerely told us how happy he was that we had finally been able to get away and enjoy ourselves. That simple statement meant more than he'll probably ever know. Leon didn't just take care of our dogs. He gave us something we thought we had lost forever. He gave us back our trust. Leon may never realize it, but by simply being the caring, compassionate person he is, he helped us take the first step toward healing. Sometimes people change your life without ever knowing they did. If you're reading this because you're nervous about leaving your dog with someone, please know that I completely understand how you feel. I've lived through the nightmare every dog owner fears. That's why I can say this with complete confidence. I trust Leon with Callie and Chloe. For me, there is no greater compliment I could ever give another human being. Leon, thank you for treating our girls like they were your own. Thank you for your kindness, your patience, your communication, and, most importantly, your heart. Because of you, my wife and I were able to begin traveling again after almost two years. You didn't just take care of Callie and Chloe. You gave two people who had forgotten how to trust the confidence to start living again. We'll never forget that. Thank you, Leon. — Ralph & Vivian

Could not be happier with Allison! Completely exceeded expectations, was amazing and patient throughout entire process. Highly knowledgeable about dogs, followed all feeding and medication instructions to the letter. Was able to relax on my trip knowing my fur baby was in loving and capable hands. Highly recommend!

Christina was the best. Since my regular dog sitter moved out of town, it was difficult to find another sitter that could compare. She surpassed my expectations. She sent me updates every day so that I could see how happy Roxie was during her stay. I learned that Roxie loves to play with toys - LOL!!! She will be my regular sitter moving forward and I will recommend her to anybody who is looking for a responsible and kind sitter.
