Through hands-on rescue work, I’ve cared for dogs with every temperament—puppies, seniors, anxious rescues, and large breeds—teaching me how to read body language, build trust, and provide calm, confident care. I’m highly experienced with puppies and basic training, including leash manners, crate training, and foundational commands like sit, stay, and recall, using positive reinforcement and consistency. I believe structure and patience help dogs feel safe and thrive. I live in a dog-friendly apartment community with a secure, fenced-in animal area where pups can safely run, play, and enjoy fresh air. We’re also surrounded by parks and beautiful walking paths, perfect for enrichment, exercise, and relaxed strolls. My love for animals is unmatched, and dogs are not just part of my life—they are my priority. I care for every dog as if they were my own, tailoring attention to their individual needs so they feel safe, happy, and truly at home. Alyssa was God-send. She took care of both my dogs wonderfully, kept me updated and sent me pictures many times a day, and was super patient with my puppy. I’d recommend her to anyone! She truly loves animals and it shows when she arrives and they all run to greet her.
Alyssa went above and beyond in every way! She took amazing care of my older dog who has some health needs and a medication schedule. She provided my dog with lots of love, exercise, and time outside. She has an intuitive sense of when the dog needs something and was very in touch with how she was feeling. Alyssa also provided me with regular updates, with photos and videos, and I felt so good about leaving my dog with her for four nights.
Alyssa was great with our two puppies. I felt like they had their own vacation while we were out of town. She sent tons of pictures and was so responsive, considerate and professional. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.
Alyssa was absolutely fabulous with our Kaia! She was very communicative and gave us tons of updates. She gave Kaia extra play time and made her feel right at home on her first visit. She also followed our instructions regarding Kaia’s vet prescribed food perfectly. We will definitely have Alyssa watch Kaia for us again in the future!!
Another great stay with Alyssa. Our dog loves her time with Alyssa. Every time we drop her off she is wagging her tail and happily walks away with Alyssa. Alyssa is a great communicator and I know she is taking fantastic care of our dog. Looking forward to the next stay.

We start with walks, potty breaks, and fresh air, followed by playtime, enrichment activities, and mental stimulation like sniff walks and basic training refreshers. I balance activity with rest, quiet time, and affection so dogs feel relaxed, fulfilled, and cared for throughout the day. Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers a slower pace, their day is tailored just for them.
