I’m a loving, patient, and attentive pet sitter with experience caring for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra care. I’ve cared for a 3 month-old Husky for two weeks, handling everything from feeding and bathing to training, playtime, and daily care. I’ve also traveled out of state to care for three dogs and a cat, including an 18 year-old senior dog with a detailed medication and supplement schedule. What sets me apart is that I truly pay attention to the little things. I understand how important it is to follow each pet’s normal routine, so I carefully follow feeding instructions, diets, walking schedules, medications, and any other special requests. Most importantly, I make sure pets get plenty of love, cuddles, attention, and companionship while their owners are away. I’ll care for your pets with the same patience, responsibility, and love I would want someone to give my own.

I highly recommend Yvelisse to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate pet sitter. I have personally trusted her with the care of my dogs and cat, all of whom have very different personalities, routines, and needs. She is especially wonderful with my 18-year-old pug, Jimmie, who requires considerably more patience and individualized care than my younger pets. She takes her medication schedule seriously, asks questions when needed, pays attention to changes in her behavior and mobility, and understands that caring for a senior pet requires a different approach. I’ve watched her naturally adjust the way she interacts with Jimmie while also matching the personalities and energy levels of my other dogs, Amelia and Carlito, and my cat, Toby. She doesn’t simply feed the animals and check in on them—she gets to know them, pays attention to their individual needs, and makes sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. She’s responsible, patient, communicative, and someone I feel comfortable trusting with my pets when I’m away. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets with genuine care and attention.

Schedule
I currently work part-time about 3–4 days a week, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. On my days off, I have open availability throughout the entire day, allowing me to easily accommodate walks, feedings, playtime, check-ins, and longer stays. Even on the days I work, my flexible schedule allows me to plan ahead and make sure each pet receives the time, attention, and care they need. I’m happy to work with each owner’s preferred routine because I know consistency is important for keeping pets comfortable and happy while their owners are away.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I carefully follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, supplements, playtime, and any special care needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. I also keep their environment clean, refresh their food and water as needed, and pay close attention to any changes in their behavior or needs. For pets who require extra care, such as puppies or senior pets, I’m comfortable following more detailed routines and providing additional patience and attention. Most importantly, I respect my clients’ homes and aim to keep their pet’s routine as normal as possible so they can feel relaxed and cared for until their family returns.
