I got videos and pic updates anywhere from three to four times a day, updates on her behavior and the little things she does when she’s comfy puts a smile on my face. I was able to enjoy my vacation for 8 days without worrying if she is okay. I felt as if she was with me with the daily videos. Giselle cared for my princess and I was extremely happy with her service. Sabrina was a great pet Sitter. First and foremost, you can tell that she loves animals and takes great care of them. She provides excellent communication and sends lots of pictures and videos so you know that your pet is comfortable and well taken care of. She followed my pet’s routine and went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable. Overall she’s a very friendly person and was super accommodating with scheduling for drop off and pickup. I highly recommend her our experience (my dog and I) was great I would definitely book with Sabrina again.
Shelia was so great with Choco! She was very attentive to Choco. She also stayed consistent with his routines. She made sure to send me daily updates about Choco that put my worries at ease. Most importantly - Choco loved her! I will definitely request her services again in the future!
I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Naomi! She took care of my partner and I’s 1 year old husky Thor, and from start to finish, she was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly flexible and understanding with our busy schedule, which meant so much to us. She was so accommodating and happy to care for him. Soshi absolutely adored her stay with Matthew! He is highly communicative and sent pictures throughout her stay. I completely forgot dog poop bags and he had them at home. He also let me know that another dog might come by (family) and his breed and temperament and if I think they would be ok or should be separated. My dog is pretty easygoing, but I appreciated the extra steps Matthew took to make me feel at ease. My dog did NOT want to leave the next morning! It feels great to know there is someone reliable nearby to watch my pup. He also put on Bluey for her in the evening! 10/10 experience and will be back for sure.
