She was so lovely at the meet and greet and when I left my pup with her, it was a great decision. This particular boarding was because I had a family wedding to attend and I felt immediately at ease that my pup was in good hands. “This was my first time leaving my baby with a pet sitter, so I was nervous. Juliet put me at ease the moment I met her. She is an amazing pet sitter, my dog got sick she believed it was from separation anxiety. She had to WhatsApp me being I was on a cruise. She explained everything and said she would watch him and if she didn’t see a change she would take him to the vet. She kept in constant contact with me and I felt better as the days went along. My dog did get better and I was happy for the attention she gave him. She sent me pictures of him. He scratched his ear where he has a wart that bleeds she cleaned it and gave him a bath, he smelled so good. When I picked up my dog I could see how relaxed he was with her as he was reaching for her. His behavior at home is even better than before he is calm so I know she really took care of him. Soshi absolutely adored her stay with Matthew! He is highly communicative and sent pictures throughout her stay. I completely forgot dog poop bags and he had them at home. He also let me know that another dog might come by (family) and his breed and temperament and if I think they would be ok or should be separated. My dog is pretty easygoing, but I appreciated the extra steps Matthew took to make me feel at ease. My dog did NOT want to leave the next morning! It feels great to know there is someone reliable nearby to watch my pup. He also put on Bluey for her in the evening! 10/10 experience and will be back for sure.
Brayhana is the best. I rely on my dog to tell me how a sitter does, and Rosie makes it very clear that she adores her. Rosie gets excited as soon as we turn onto the block and bounds toward the front door. I know she’s is treated with love and care, and I appreciate how Brayhana checks in each day.

We left our doggy again with this lovely family - who now have a baby who is also so sweet with Wilbur. We love them so much and love knowing Wilbur is being taken care. During the heat wave, they made sure to take special care (walking in the morning, ensuring AC is on) as our dog gets super hot outside.

For almost two years, my wife and I didn't take a single vacation. We used to travel six or seven times a year, but that all stopped after a tragedy changed our family forever. Our beloved 14-year-old Labrador Pit Bull mix, Cooper, stayed with a dog sitter we had trusted for nine years. Before we left, Cooper was happy, vibrant, and full of life. Aside from a little arthritis that comes with age, he was healthy. We had been playing with him before leaving for our five-day vacation, and there was absolutely nothing to suggest anything was wrong. When Cooper was dropped off at our home after we returned, we were told everything had gone great. The moment I took him out of the car, I knew something was terribly wrong. He could barely walk. We rushed Cooper to the veterinarian. Two days later, he deteriorated rapidly. We learned he had suffered a severe spinal injury, and on New Year's Eve we had to say goodbye to the glue of our family. Cooper wasn't just our dog. He was the heart of our home. He was the one who held everyone together. To this day, we'll never know exactly what happened because we were never given an explanation. That experience changed us forever. It left us with PTSD and a fear of ever leaving our dogs with anyone again. Anyone who truly loves a dog understands they aren't just pets. They're family.
