Within an hour Giselle was providing videos and updates on my dog which helped my wife and I get comfortable very fast. I wish that I could give 10 stars to Raymond and his family. My Yorkie,Fiyero became part of the family for the two days he was with the family. Raymond kept me updated and shared photos periodically which gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Raymond any day of the week. If you want your family pet to be well cared for in a loving environment,Raymond and his family are the ones to entrust them to. His youngest son and my Fiyero became best buddies right away and his little boy asked if I ever go on vacation again,would I please let Fiyero come stay with him. That was a definite yes!
Beatriz and her family genuinely care about our fur babies as if they were their own! My dogs are older, one has arthritis and separation anxiety, yet Beatriz gave him the love and attention he required. She was extraordinarily accommodating.
