I explained to her that our dog is still new to us and in mid-training, so she should expect the walks to be difficult and she should keep them short. While we were out, she gave us constant updates, and told us he was actually doing great on walks and they got to explore, which meant he had a really good time even though we were out. When we came back he seemed so fulfilled! Also Ellie is awesome herself and knows a lot about the Westchester area. Highly recommend.”
About: I've been a lifelong pet owner and currently a dog dad of 2 golden retrievers (Mabel 2yo and Josie 6yo), as well as a cat dad of 2 (Archie 3mos and Theo 7yo). They aren't just pets but family and I treat them that way. My absolute favorite parts of my day is the time I get to spend with them - walks, feeding, playtime, etc. It makes my day and I love getting to give my time and energy towards bringing animals joy every day. Having pets of my own means that this is already built into my day and I would love to share that and pass it along. Besides my own pets and long before Rover existed, I have spent most of my adult life caring for other people's pets as well. Amongst friends and coworkers it has always been a known thing and I am grateful for the may years of experience I've gained from this. I would treat all the animals as if they were my own and give them the love and attention they deserve. I currently work from home with a completely flexible schedule, so have plenty of time to spend with other animals and make it part of my routine. Josie and Mabel especially love to meet and make new friends I would treat all the animals with love, respect, care and of course... lots of snuggles! Our home has a fenced in backyard and we know numerous places nearby that are dog friendly and where I already spend a bit of time and know the other people and dogs that are there.

I found Tenielle’s page on a whim and I am so glad I did! She watched my newly adopted rescue dog last minute and she was lovely. Samantha H did a wonderful job for us last week. I needed to accompany my husband as he had a series of medical tests and scans at a hospital in Manhattan. The problem: our five month old beagle puppy Daisy, who had never been left alone before. By all accounts, including via several photos that Samantha sent to us on what became, unfortunately, a long day, Daisy and Samantha got along very easily.
