“I had to leave my old and sick Lab for almost two weeks over the holidays and was extremely nervous about finding someone to take care of him. Grace and Luis took great care of him and kept me updated constantly throughout the trip, including letting me know when they had a concern immediately . They were also unfazed by his medicine schedule. My dog had also been having by some accidents inside so I provided diapers but was very nervous about that happening while we were away and Grace again was completely unfazed by it and took the time to get to know his potty schedule to minimize accidents. Additionally my vet would not refill his prescription before we left so I had to ask Grace to pick it up at CVS which she did happily. I am very grateful for the good care they took of Nash and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog boarding.”

On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. Leading up to my pets stay Binta was available for not only a meet and greet , but available for all my questions and concerns. “I booked Steve after a communication issue with the previously booked sitter very close to the holiday. It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. William was great with our big puppy Diesel. During Diesel’s one week boarding William made sure to keep us updated and at ease with videos and messages. As a trainer, William also gave us feedback on the areas Diesel could use improvement in his training. We would definitely recommend William as a sitter for your four legged children.
Wilbur seemed happy during his visit with Nikki. Easy arrangement and communication with Nikki - would’ve loved more photos and updates each day - but just happy to see Wilbur was in good shape after the 6 days :) Their dog Scout was super happy to play with Wilbur so it was good companionship at Nikki’s house.
Brayhana is the best. I rely on my dog to tell me how a sitter does, and Rosie makes it very clear that she adores her. Rosie gets excited as soon as we turn onto the block and bounds toward the front door. I know she’s is treated with love and care, and I appreciate how Brayhana checks in each day.
We left our doggy again with this lovely family - who now have a baby who is also so sweet with Wilbur. We love them so much and love knowing Wilbur is being taken care. During the heat wave, they made sure to take special care (walking in the morning, ensuring AC is on) as our dog gets super hot outside.
Noelle was a fantastic caretaker for our dog, Dodger. She helped out last minute, watching him for the weekend. He usually gets a little stressed after car rides and being left with strangers but he warmed up easily. Noelle sent great pictures and updates during the weekend and we will definitely be reaching out to her again!
