Hi! I’m a proud cat mom of three, with my oldest fur-baby now 14 years young, so I’ve had years of experience caring for all kinds of kitty personalities. My husband and I live in a cozy, two-bedroom apartment with no kids—just plenty of space for our feline friends! Whether your cat is a social butterfly who wants to play with my friendly trio or a shy introvert who prefers their own space (I can give them a whole bedroom to themselves!), they’ll feel right at home. Plus, I work from home, so I’ll be around to give them lots of attention, playtime, and care whenever they need it. Your cat’s comfort and happiness will be my top priority!

Wonderful cat sitter!!! So gentle and attentive with my cat who can sometimes be a challenge to read. Did everything we asked, sent videos and even took time to play with him and brush him. Will absolutely book again if we are out of town and need a cat sitter !
I have left my little girl Nabrella many times with Xinyu and she’s always been taken care of well. I feel comfortable leaving her every single time. I love getting pictures & videos of my little girl adventuring 🥰. Xinyu is the sweetest and politeness human being. My little girl loves the snuggles from Xinyu 😊thank you Xinyu for your care !!!!
Xinyu was wonderful with Teddy! I was receiving videos and pictures and keeping me informed! She took care of him so well I didn’t think he would come back home! But she’s the best and I will leave Teddy with Xinyu on my next get away! Thank you Xinyu.
This is my second time leaving my fur babies with Xinyu and I’m glad I did. She gave me daily updates and videos of them and showed concern for them and their comfort while staying with her. Thank you so much for taking such great care of both my cats. Will definitely book again for the future.
I have been leaving Charlie with Xinyu for a while now. She is very responsive and gives updates. I feel like Charlie is safe and well taken care of with Xinyu and I will be booking with her again.

Schedule
I work from home and don't go out too much so I got plenty of available time. Just let me know a day before boarding and I'll be ready to welcome your furbaby!

I live in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that’s a cat’s paradise, complete with four cat trees and a variety of toys to keep them entertained. My own cats are all spayed/neutered and friendly with other cats. If your cat prefers their own space, I can also provide them with a private bedroom where they can relax comfortably away from the others.
