Ahead of Hank’s stay with her, we had a meet and greet, and Tracy welcomed us and Hank into her home and made sure Hank felt comfortable, letting him explore freely. We immediately knew he was going to have a great time with her. When we dropped Hank off, he got along right away with Tracy and her husband. They have a very nice and welcoming home, and Hank seemed comfortable from the start. He ate all of his food, was very active, and seemed completely at ease. Tracy was also very communicative throughout his stay and sent us pictures and updates on how Hank’s day was going, which we really appreciated. She was also very flexible with our pickup time. We had a great experience and would love to have her watch Hank again! I’m sure Hank would love that as well!”

“My dog, Roo, had a phenomenal stay with Leticia!! Leticia was very kind and friendly, and had a lovely and cozy home that I felt very comfortable with Roo staying at. Roo is a very finicky chihuahua with high anxiety and is an extreme velcro dog, and she bonded with Leticia without a problem! Roo also tends to go on hunger strikes while I’m away, but to my surprise and delight, she had no problems eating while at Leticia’s! Leticia sent lots of pictures and videos of Roo, which really helped my own anxiety with leaving Roo with a sitter from Rover for the first time. Overall, Roo was happy and healthy and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I would definitely recommend Leticia to anyone!!”

Rafaelina was wonderful! Professional, friendly, creates a wonderful space for the dogs, and is extremely communicative. Our dog is quite shy about being away from us but it seemed he was having a fantastic time with the other dogs! She also sent fantastic pictures of him! I feel that I left my dog to my family member. They took care of her as their own dog. My dog had a chance to be with other family and feels safe like vacation for her, interact with other people, not to be timid with strangers. She comes home as good as she left. When I ask for extension of day to care for her, they did not hesitate to say yes. I was traveling away , and it make you feel comfortable that somebody is watching and taking care of my dog in the way I take care of her. Great service!.
