In addition to being kept safe and having his physical needs met, I feel he really benefits mentally from staying there and I am relaxed and not consumed with worry. Rafaelina is a true dog lover and was absolutely incredible to our dog Wally! Wally is typically an anxious pup, and we went to Rafaelina’s house before a 2 night stay for a meet and greet and she immediately made Wally feel at home. Her house is set up perfectly for dogs with a great outdoor space, and Wally did really well there. We received regular updates, and she was incredibly responsive.
We’re very happy with Liza. She was very conscientious and loving with our dog. From the very start, we felt completely comforted knowing that he was in such good hands. She provided daily updates with pictures and videos throughout our 10-day trip. We will definitely book her again!

Our beloved pets just had a stay with Luz & Michelle and they were absolutely wonderful. We loved getting photos of our happy dog, and our very comfortable cat, lounging all over their house.
