With Craig (and his wife) you are in absolutely the best hands. I can't thank them enough for taking care of Buddy while I went away for a week. My dog is a lg hair mini dachshund who is a very sensitive, loving, affectionate dog but he has trouble warming up at first to brand new people. Craig understood the situation right away and in no time Buddy was happily playing with him, walking and even giving kisses. My neighbors all remarked how Buddy seemed to handle my absence like a champ this time without the saddness/depression he had shown other times before. We booked Jalyne last minute for a 5 day long trip to take care of our older dog with Cushings disease. I was a little nervous but after our initial meet and greet I knew Jalyne was caring, trustworthy and responsible. We asked for A LOT of check ins and she made every single one of them count. She was compassionate to our girl and we’d one hundred percent hire Jalyne again.
I cannot speak highly enough of Brandon. My shy boys have really warmed to him over 4 engagements across a couple of years. He is very attentive, takes good care of the boys, and respectful of my house (very important to me when someone is in my house when I'm away). On this trip I had to extend my travels by a couple of days and fortunately Brandon was flexible and stayed on an extra 2 days which helped massively in a very stressful situation. I feel lucky to have found Brandon and know I can safely go away knowing my cats are in such safe hands

She took great care of my baby while I was out of town, and it made it so much easier to relax and enjoy my time away knowing Princess was eating, getting some playtime, and in such good hands. I’ve only had one experience with Janelle so far but I know/hope there will be more. I reached out very last minute (two days before needing help) and she responded right away, was able to make a FaceTime meet & greet and my puppy loved her. She was lovely to work with and I felt like my little 3 month old guy was in great loving hands.
Tamette and Ahn were wonderful with Daisy when they stopped by to meet her for the first time before we were going to be away. They were gentle and patient with her and she warmed up to them quickly. Tamette let me know how it went in detail when I asked, which I really appreciated. We would definitely use her again, and hope to leave Daisy with Tamette and Ahn at their home when we go away for a week in January.
