“Cynthia is an exceptional pet carer and dog walker who has a special way of making my fur family feel loved and safe. I’ve seen firsthand how she adapted to my dog, cupcake’s unique needs, always going the extra mile. When cupcake felt nervous on walks, Cynthia would take a slower pace, offering reassurance with a gentle voice and extra cuddles. She knows exactly how to make him feel comfortable and at ease with encouragement and clever ways to adapt to his needs. Another time was when I had to be away for a few days, Cynthia made sure my cat Willy was provided for and she sent me daily updates with photos, so I could see how happy and content he was. One evening, when Willy was feeling a bit anxious and hiding, Cynthia took extra time to break him out of his shell which eventually led to him cozying up on the couch and laying beside her. I know that took patience and love, that’s how she has consistently earned my trust. Another heartwarming moment I can recall was when Cynthia noticed that cupcake wasn’t eating well for a few days. She made sure to give him extra attention, even bringing some of his favorite treats along during their walks to encourage him. It’s clear she genuinely cares and treats them like her family and not just as pets. With Cynthia, I always feel at peace knowing my fur family is in the best of hands, we are truly blessed to have found her!!!!”
