I’ve also taken an active role in training my dogs, helping them build good habits and feel comfortable and secure in their environment. Tamette and Ahn were wonderful with Daisy when they stopped by to meet her for the first time before we were going to be away. They were gentle and patient with her and she warmed up to them quickly. We would definitely use her again, and hope to leave Daisy with Tamette and Ahn at their home when we go away for a week in January.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
