About: My name is Jaclyn. I've cared for pets since college (10+ years ago). When your pets are in my care, they'll be loved, fed, played with, and cuddled. I work from home, so your pet will always be with people. My home will quickly become your pets' favorite "vacation" spot! House life: Our house is filled with love & life, three children, a dog, and two cats. I raised our cats as dogs, so they get along well with pups. Pets are allowed wherever humans are allowed, meaning couches and beds are all fair game. While your dog is here, I'll adapt to their needs. If they're afraid of thunderstorms or have other needs/quirks, I'll give them the comfort they need to get through. Knowledge: I have taken puppy & dog training classes, so I know how to help your dog quickly learn & want to take their cues from me while they're with me (hint: boiled chicken). I have experience administering pills & using dog diapers for older dogs. If your pup has special needs, reach out and we can discuss! While you're away, I'll send regular updates through text & you're welcome to check in whenever you want. I can't wait to meet you & your dog! I work from home, so your pets will be with me the whole time they're here! I usually wake up around 7 a.m. for the first bathroom break and stay up until 10 p.m. If your pup needs overnight breaks, let me know in advance! I live in a quiet neighborhood with a yard. I'll walk your pup as often as he/she needs and can give plenty of exercise and outdoor time. If your dog has a favorite game or toy, let me know!

About: Hey there! I've walked and sat dogs (not sat on) on and off for the past 16 years, as part of dog sitting agencies and doggy daycares, for friends and family, as well as for my own dog. Caring for furry creatures is one of the most therapeutic antidotes to city life, and because dogs and other animals put me in such a good heart and head space, I'm always present with them and return the favor.
