We are so grateful that Tracy was able to take care of Hank with a last minute boarding request. Ahead of Hank’s stay with her, we had a meet and greet, and Tracy welcomed us and Hank into her home and made sure Hank felt comfortable, letting him explore freely. We immediately knew he was going to have a great time with her. When we dropped Hank off, he got along right away with Tracy and her husband. They have a very nice and welcoming home, and Hank seemed comfortable from the start. He ate all of his food, was very active, and seemed completely at ease. Tracy was also very communicative throughout his stay and sent us pictures and updates on how Hank’s day was going, which we really appreciated. She was also very flexible with our pickup time. We had a great experience and would love to have her watch Hank again! I’m sure Hank would love that as well!
I feel that I left my dog to my family member. They took care of her as their own dog. My dog had a chance to be with other family and feels safe like vacation for her, interact with other people, not to be timid with strangers. She comes home as good as she left. When I ask for extension of day to care for her, they did not hesitate to say yes. I was traveling away , and it make you feel comfortable that somebody is watching and taking care of my dog in the way I take care of her. Great service!.
This was Milo’s second time staying with Alexis & he was so happy to go back! In our updates from her, you could clearly see Milo was having an absolute blast and was being treated with love. Communication with her is super easy with quick replies, highly highly recommend
Taylor was amazing with our little one. She took care of our Shih Tzu for over a week. She attentively listened when we explained his needs and asked well thought questions. She welcomed a meet and greet for our little one to get acquainted with her and a new place, which was very helpful. While we were away, she not only sent us daily updates, pics and videos, but went above and beyond to make him comfortable. She even bought him a toy! By the time we went to pick him up he didn’t want to leave! We will be utilizing her for a long time. Your little one will be in the best of care with her.

To be updated regularly and feel great after each update. And to come home to find that their dog was just as happy and loved and safe as they would have been with you. Christina was great with tofu! We got regular updates and also tofu seemed to be having a blast with her puppy ! Would definitely pick her again if we ever need to board him, was super patient with our young 1.5 yr old highly energetic dog 🐶 . Also as an added bonus as she has her own puppy - our dog got a nice friend over the course of his stay!
Laura and her husband are absolutely amazing! She constantly sent me pictures and kept me updated. Bailey absolutely loved them and looked so comfortable and at home with them. Alexandra took great care of our dog Phoebe while we were away and sent lots of photos. She welcomed Phoebe into her home and treated her like her own. When our flight home was delayed, even though Alexandra was unable to extend the dog-sitting by a day (because she was going away herself), she was willing to drive Phoebe to our neighbor’s house before she left so Phoebe wasn’t left without a place to go.
