Grace and Luis took great care of him and kept me updated constantly throughout the trip, including letting me know when they had a concern immediately . They were also unfazed by his medicine schedule. My dog had also been having by some accidents inside so I provided diapers but was very nervous about that happening while we were away and Grace again was completely unfazed by it and took the time to get to know his potty schedule to minimize accidents. Additionally my vet would not refill his prescription before we left so I had to ask Grace to pick it up at CVS which she did happily. I am very grateful for the good care they took of Nash and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog boarding.”

Rafaelina was wonderful! Professional, friendly, creates a wonderful space for the dogs, and is extremely communicative. Our dog is quite shy about being away from us but it seemed he was having a fantastic time with the other dogs! She also sent fantastic pictures of him! We would definitely send our dog to Rafaelina again!
I feel that I left my dog to my family member. They took care of her as their own dog. My dog had a chance to be with other family and feels safe like vacation for her, interact with other people, not to be timid with strangers. She comes home as good as she left. When I ask for extension of day to care for her, they did not hesitate to say yes. I was traveling away , and it make you feel comfortable that somebody is watching and taking care of my dog in the way I take care of her. Great service!.
We had the best experience with Kaas boarding at Robert’s, would definitely do it again. We received updates of our boy and just felt like he was loved and cared for on his staycation. Big plus is that he has a lovely home/outdoor space and Kaas had two new friends in Arlo and Santi. Thank you ✨
Tabitha and her family took care of our dog Penny for over a week and it was a fantastic experience. She was very communicative / accommodating, would send us daily pictures and videos, and we felt very comfortable with her.
