“Jocelyn was phenomenal! My dog gets a little scared when I drop her off, especially if she doesn’t know the humans or dogs, and Jocelyn was so kind and patient and sent me pics/ videos throughout my work trip showing her chilling, running, napping, playing and just overall being well taken care of. My flight back was canceled and I had to have her take an additional night. Instead of adding to my anxiety on not being able to get home when I needed to, she put me at ease, assured me my dog was ok to stay another night and when I came to pick her up, she was calm and had a cute little bandana to leave with. “This was the first time I had left my dog Taco in anybody's care, and I was very concerned because, not going to lie, he is quite spoiled. Mathew did a great job with Taco. He and his dog Willie were very caring and patient with him (he can be a little grumpy sometimes). He was well fed and got great care. Matthew kept me informed about his progress every day and sent me pictures of him that were great to have as me and my wife missed him a lot.
