The minute she met my dog, she came into my house, and started brushing him & rubbing his ears...you should have seen his FACE - He nearly fell asleep, lol. She definitely loves animals and she gets it. If she offered boarding/daycare, I'd totally trust her with my dog and I am VERY protective of my dog bc daycares in Riverdale allowed him to be attacked and harmed. She is careful and she actually cares.”

About: I have been pet sitting and caring for friends pets since high school. I have taken care of cats, dogs and bunnies. I would love to help take care of your pets! I am available for mornings and afternoons. I work on a shift schedule right so my hours do change but that also means I have a lot of flexibility! I am a very patient person and will always do my best to sense the animals needs. I will let them come to me so they know they are in a safe space. I will follow the instructions left for me by the pets owner.

About: I’ve been dog walking, dog & cat & small pet sitting since starting my own business in the 6th grade (2006). I have a dog of my own, and love spending time with animals. I have experience giving cats and dogs scheduled medication and have a lot of experience in animal care and behavior. I have trained my own dog since he was a puppy so have experience with guiding younger pups on walks and in play! On the opposite side of the spectrum I have also cared for my own elderly/senior dogs and cats and the healthcare that comes with it. I have a gentle approach and am lucky enough to usually be well received by animal pals :) I am also a photographer, and love doing pet portraits! I am working part-time with a rotating schedule so my availability will change week to week. I am happy to make things work for your schedule and love incorporating it into my weekly plans. I have a dog of my own and live on a busy street, so I’m used to being keyed in on where my pup (or a kitty) is at all times. I’ll confirm that gates are closed and always bring a pet outside on a leash first before letting them off leash to confirm that the yard is secure. Happy to confirm that windows or doors are locked whenever I’m wrapping up!

About: I’ve always loved dogs, and started walking them about 6 years ago. Now I’ve mostly worked with senior pets, usually medium sized dogs. I’m always eager to learn more about any animal in my care, and will stay in touch with daily updates. I’m almost always available, and I have plenty of time to give your pet individualized care and attention. If you need me, I’m there for your pet! I prefer to schedule a meeting to meet you and your pet before sitting for them. That way I’m familiar to them, and I can hear directly from you about any special needs, medications, habits, and things to look out for.

About: I am a relative newbie to dog walking (have done so volunteering with rescue dogs) but have prior pet experience with hamsters. I am gentle, punctual, detail-oriented, and have a medical background. I will treat your pet with respect, will ensure safe practices, and will accommodate playtime if desired. I am also using this opportunity to help decide on getting a pet myself. I am available mid-day, afternoons, and evenings 7 days a week. I can be available at other times if and as needed. Happy to get started asap! I believe in being gentle but firm when the pet wants to do something different than the human. For dog walking I will possibly be in the client's home during pickup and drop-off only. I am respectful of the client's wishes during those times

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a kid, multiple times my family and I have taken care of other people’s animals, including dog sitting and dog walking, along with cat sitting for months on end. I’m currently not working, and the only dates I cannot do this summer is July 1-5, and August 1-9. Other than that, it works into my schedule perfectly I take my dogs on walks and train them, I make sure they’re always fed and have clean water, I’m attentive to their needs as best as I can, I make sure to play with them and occasionally groom them if needed (not a professional), and I do the same with my cats along with cleaning their litter boxes regularly

If a pet is in the yard, I always check that gates are secure and fencing is safely enclosed before allowing them outside. Above all, I treat every pet with patience, kindness, and plenty of love and attention, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away.

About: I’ve had both cats and dogs as pets growing up my whole life. I walk dogs for families all around my neighborhood as well as dog/catsit. I love surrounding myself with fur babies of all types:)) I’m a college student with no job because I go back to college first week of July for soccer (no time for a full time job). That being said, I’m home all the time to take care of your animals! I live in a neighborhood filled with dogs! Everyone is always out walking their dogs and all the dogs I’ve cared for love interacting with the other dogs. There’s loads of places for them to do their business and walk!

About: The main factor that sets me apart from other sitters is flexibility. I also have two very friendly dogs of my own, so walking and taking care of dogs is not just a job for me, it is a lifestyle. As mentioned above I have two dogs which I care for daily which includes walks, daily feeding, park time, and treats. I also take care of neighborhood and family dogs on a weekly basis with several recurring clients. I provide a fenced backyard area for the runners, and for those who have training off leash I have additional yard space which is mostly but not fully fenced. In the backyard there are several beds and play areas, along with a plethora of toys. Inside, since we have dogs of our own, the inside of my home is ready for any furry visitors.
