âBella is wonderful. Not only is she great with my dog (and I'm sure everyone else's) she has her own dogs and cat....so she really understands how pet parents feel. The minute she met my dog, she came into my house, and started brushing him & rubbing his ears...you should have seen his FACE - He nearly fell asleep, lol. She definitely loves animals and she gets it. If she offered boarding/daycare, I'd totally trust her with my dog and I am VERY protective of my dog bc daycares in Riverdale allowed him to be attacked and harmed. She is careful and she actually cares.â
âMathew and Christianna are the ultimate husband-and-wife dream team! They are incredibly accommodating and genuinely eager to help with whatever we need. Genie always gets a solid, brisk walk and comes home feeling happy and content. The best part is how thrilled Genie is to see them when they arriveâyou can tell they share a real, genuine connection. Highly recommend!â

âLorenzo has been an amazing dog walker for my energetic dog! He is reliable, always on time, and I could tell right away how much he truly loves dogs. My dog was always so excited to see him and came back from walks happy and well-exercised. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable dog walker!â

About: Iâve been surrounded by dogs my entire life â big, small, shy, playful, you name it. Iâve cared for multiple dogs at a time and still do, and I wouldnât have it any other way. Iâm genuinely obsessed with dogs and love getting to know each oneâs unique personality, quirks, and preferences. Whether itâs discovering their favorite walking route, the toy they canât put down, or the treat that makes their tail wag the fastest, I make it my mission to ensure they feel loved, safe, and happy â always. I work full time in healthcare, but Iâm fully remote â so my day naturally revolves around my dogs. I build my schedule and their walks, playtime, and snuggles, making sure they get plenty of attention and care throughout the day. This flexibility allows me to be present and attentive to any pet Iâm caring for, just as I am with my own. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet like my own. In my home, pets get a safe, clean, and cozy environment with plenty of playtime, walks, and snuggles. I stick to their normal feeding schedules, keep fresh water available at all times, and make sure they get the exercise and attention theyâre used to. In a clients home, I follow your routines and instructions to the letter â whether that means specific feeding times, favorite walking routes, or special care needs â so your pet feels comfortable and cares for in their own space. My goal is always to keep tails wagging and stress levels low.
About: Iâve spent years caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. Iâm comfortable with everything from high-energy walkers to calmer, senior dogs. I focus on safe, attentive walks and always pay close attention to a dogâs behavior and surroundings. Iâm reliable, communicative, and treat every dog as if they were my own. My goal is to give owners peace of mind and provide dogs with consistent, positive walks they look forward to every day. Iâm available on weekdays for daytime walks and pet care, and Iâm happy to accommodate regular, recurring schedules when possible. I value reliability and clear communication, and I always work with owners to confirm timing and ensure dependable care. Safety and trust are extremely important to me. I stay alert to surroundings during walks and always prioritize your dogâs comfort and well-being. I aim to create a calm, positive environment where dogs feel safe and cared for, and where owners can feel confident leaving their pet in my care.
About: Iâve taken care of animals most of my life and take pride in making sure that any animal I encounter is well cared for. I have experience with cats, dogs of all sizes including large dogs (150+ lbs). I currently work full time but from home half the week. I am able to do drop in visits and walks mid-day as well as before and after work hours. As a cat/dog Walker and sitter I treat every home I visit with the same care and respect I have for the animals. I will only ever follow instructions the owners have provided as it relates to their pets and home.
âAndrew helped so much with taking care of Murphy for two days for my family. He did a great job walking , feeding, and playing with Murphy several times a day and provided pics with updates ! I would definitely recommend !â

âDanni is great!! Was very patient with Lola and they had a great time on their walk. Danni is very responsive and I am definitely going to use her again. Highly recommend!â

About: Caring for animals is truly my passion , since i was a child ive always loved animals of all shapes and sizes. I am a certified ER Veterinary assistant from New York who will give your babies all the love and attention that they deserve!! I spent 2 years in a high paced 24hr emergency room. I am capable of simple command training, giving medications, giving baths, nail trims, feedings , play time, etc. I truly enjoy dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, and i am not afraid to reprimand/redirect properly as i am not scared off easily. (If you have an escape artist it will not happen on my watch lol) I will ensure a safe interaction for everybody, if i am entering your home for the first time i will most likely bring treats just to gain trust. (Please lmk if they have any allergies /food aggression or restrictions) Also i live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with plenty of grass for them to enjoy nearby. (if boarding in my home they must be okay with cats)
Ardsley-on-Hudson dog parents share their Rover experiences
I cannot recommend Kaylene enough! She was incredibly kind, patient and loving with our puppy. She helped me through my difficult puppy period. Additionally, Kaylene was professional and flexible. She was a pleasure to work with and our puppy hopes to see her again!

Christine really came through for me when my wife sprained her ankle. She wasnât able to walk our new rescue dog, and heâs currently untrained and quite a handful. Thankfully Christine came through for us despite all of that and actually had no problems walking him during that time. Sheâs super friendly and very communicative. We look forward to having her walk our boy again soon.
