He did just that and it was a great help as I work a hybrid schedule so I’m unable to walk Latte when I’m in office. Having someone come over while we’re out of the house and tend to our baby’s schedule is just something we need, especially with such a trustworthy dog handler! Latte was very amicable with Lorenzo, so this is definitely a great start to something new.”

She stayed in our home while we were away for 10 days so that Riley, a senior dog who gets anxious, would be able to be in the environment where he’s most comfortable. She was very attentive to his needs and took him on several walks every day. She provided regular updates and didn’t hesitate to ask if a question came up. Having Leah in charge made us feel very comfortable since we were out of the country. We will absolutely hire Leah again and could not recommend her more highly.”

About: I'm an avid animal lover who has loved animals since childhood. As a child, I used to take care of stray cats in the neighborhood. I've always owned cats. I currently have 2 cats, Mischief and Majesty. Majesty is diabetic, so I know how to take care of a special needs animal. I know how to give liquid, pill, and oral medications as well as administer injections as Majesty gets insulin every day. I have also worked at a local animal shelter walking dogs. I have experience in taking care of my neighbors and friends dogs while they were away such as walking, feeding, and playing with dogs. My schedule is pretty flexible Monday-Friday as I work from home so I have plenty of time to check in on your fur baby, whether that's to take your dog on it's walk or to drop in and give your cat some play time and food. I will always ask if there are any medications, allergies, or medical needs for your pet. I would also like to get to know their temperament and what they like or don't like in terms of petting, exercise, or play. I respect pet's boundaries and I know that showing love in their terms is the best way to build a trusting relationship with them.

About: I have a great appreciation for all animals, which stems from growing up with a variety of pets. I've had dogs and cats I've trained and cared for since they were puppies or kittens. I even have experience with parrots, turtles, and a snake! It's because of my genuine respect for animals that friends and family trust in my enthusiasm to extend my reliable and loving care to their little ones. I currently work part-time with flexible hours, so I can be free to meet your pet's schedule! With advanced notice, I can try to accommodate any schedule.
