About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was in school—neighbors and friends would often ask for my help and thank me with small tips, which I used to buy school supplies. Over the years, my love for animals grew, and I eventually adopted my own dog, whom I’ve been caring for for the past nine years. I offer flexible availability on weekends at any time of day, which can be especially helpful in case of last-minute needs or emergencies. I kindly ask that you notify me at least three days in advance for any pet-sitting requests. I prioritize caring for pets in the comfort of their own home, as familiar surroundings can help reduce stress. I also enjoy taking them for walks in their neighborhood to keep them active and happy. I would have flexibility on weekends at any time of the day for greater comfort or if an emergency arises. 2 days before let me know about day sitting. About: I have many years experience owning a loving yorkie, named Ohana which means “family” in Hawaiian. Since she has passed away, I cannot commit to dealing with another heartbreak of losing a dog that becomes your family. I have 3 boys who are begging for a dog to play with. I work from home so I wouldn’t mind the company once in a while. I am also the go to person to dog sit for my family members dogs while they are away. About: I have two senior dogs, and plenty of experience walking, feeding, and bathing dogs of all shapes and sizes! I also have a tortoise so I’m careful with animals and patient with gaining their trust. Just graduated college and work from home so my schedule is flexible. I also have access to a car so transportation shouldn’t be an issue. About: I’ve been dog walking, dog & cat & small pet sitting since starting my own business in the 6th grade (2006). I have a dog of my own, and love spending time with animals. I have experience giving cats and dogs scheduled medication and have a lot of experience in animal care and behavior. About: My parents got me my first dog Tokyo, when I was 9 , a beautiful short-haired black and brown mutt and I've been dog-crazy ever since. I recently moved to New York leaving my 10-year-old Great Dane, Maxine, with my parents, which breaks my heart . About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in my life. Most recently, my partner and I expanded our family with two kitties, Gio & Jojo. During grad school, I also worked as a professional dog walker, walking 4-6 dogs on- and off-leash on hikes around local parks, and I generally averaged about 9-12 hikes per week. (I’ll keep yours on leash unless you and I are both comfortable letting your pup off leash in less-trafficed areas). I also dog sat for many of those clients, as well as several clients here. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I have plenty of availability to leave the house during the day and evening for walks and drop-ins. I may just have to work around some meetings. My partner Zachary is a grad student with a flexible schedule who also helps out with the pet sitting! I can accommodate to whatever type of living space the pet is in. I will make sure they are given their food and water and medication if needed on schedule, they get out all of their energy during walks and playtime, their bathroom needs are taken care of, and any potential mess is cleaned up. “This is the first time that Bison stayed with someone outside of the immediate family. In the past I boarded my dogs at various kennels and they also came home with should I say “a little attitude “. This was not the case with Robert. Robert shared pic of him and Bison on walks (which he loves) and also had a chance to let. Bison play with the neighbor’s dogs. Robert had a large enclosed backyard that make us feel comfortable. He and Bison bonded as well Robert learned that Bison loves to take over the bed. I was glad that I was able to find Robert as I had less anxiety leaving Bison for the first time. I will use Robert asmy go to in the future. Highly recommend him as he is a dog person.”
