Rafaelina is a true dog lover and was absolutely incredible to our dog Wally! Wally is typically an anxious pup, and we went to Rafaelina’s house before a 2 night stay for a meet and greet and she immediately made Wally feel at home. Her house is set up perfectly for dogs with a great outdoor space, and Wally did really well there. We received regular updates, and she was incredibly responsive.

Our beloved pets just had a stay with Luz & Michelle and they were absolutely wonderful. We loved getting photos of our happy dog, and our very comfortable cat, lounging all over their house. The big snow storm came during our trip and they were very accommodating when our flight was canceled and were scrambling to find a way home. Thank you so much for everything.
