I respect your home, lock up carefully, and leave everything as I found it. On walks, I keep dogs leashed and stick to safe, familiar routes. For every service: I send photo and video updates so you always know your pet is happy and safe, I stay reachable throughout the booking, and I always do a free meet-and-greet first. If anything ever seems off with your pet's health or behavior, I'll contact you right away and follow your emergency plan.

“I’m a first time Rover user and Omar went above and beyond to make everything super easy. I had to head out of town kind of last minute and needed boarding for my Pitbull Border Collie mix, Sage. We met up beforehand so he could meet her and I could meet him, and I really can’t say enough good things. Omar made me feel at ease right away and was great with Sage. She was instantly comfortable around him. When I dropped her off she didn’t even look back at me, which honestly says it all. He sent daily updates with pictures and videos, and was always on time for drop off and pickup. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Omar again. 🐐”
