Hi, I'm Doreen and we provide reliable loving pet care for your furry and feathered friends. We have had pets in my family and cared for them for the past 38 years (12 years professionaly). HOURS: Drop offs and pick ups 8 am - 8 pm Monday-Sunday. Rates are as follows: Small Pet 0-35Lbs = $60.00/24 hours Medium 36-65Lbs = $65.00/24 hours Large 66-85Lbs = $70.00/24 hours *Fees for Special Needs Dog determined on a case to case basis If you have a special needs dog, or a dog on medication ask me for a custom quote. We will only take your pet if they are 2 years or older. They must be housebroken, neutered/fixed and have all their needed shots/rabies/etc. You must provide their up-to-date Vet records. I have a home based business and my husband works locally. He is also a volunteer firefighter, so he is around often to help as well. Your pet will either have supervision, or his or her own room if we have to go out for an hour or two. Be at peace while on vacation or a business trip knowing your pet has their own fenced in yard and loving supervision. All the neighborhood dogs know each other and socialize frequently on group walks. RumBrook Dog Park is a mile away and we are a 1/2 mile from The Dakota Vet Center & The Veterinary Emergency Group. The Tarrytown Lakes are only 2 miles away with walking trails galore. There are no children in my house just our Parrots on the second floor.

Doreen has cared for Lola three times now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her with her again. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog as if it were her own, Doreen is that person. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely loves dogs. Knowing Lola was in such caring hands gave me great peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter.
My Delilah had a great time at Doreen's. I was happy she was well cared for and comfortable. Doreen took great care of Delilah - she had a nice yard to run in and a couch to rest on. Doreen followed all my intructions and I hope to be using her again in future.

My Libby adapted to Doreen the first time she met her. So when I left her there for the overnight plus, I was really at ease to know my girl was in good hands! I will certainly have Doreen watch my Libby the next time and hopefully she’ll be available.

Super dog sitter! Our Brownie has stayed with Doreen numerous times and she is always happy and extremely well taken care of.

Schedule
I have a business and work from my home office. I am generally always here and usually will only be out for appointments 2-3 hours at a time.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in front and back yard. We also have several gates in the house to allow separation. This allows us to feed dogs separately (if needed). This also insures that dogs can be separated so they are safe if we have to go out for a couple of hours. We also have several indoor cameras that I hook up to monitor the dogs if we are not home.
Pets
A typical day
We let the dogs go out into the fenced yard anytime they want to run around and sniff all the outside smells that dogs love. We also play ball with your pups or play with them with their own toys if they don't enjoy ball playing.
