I left my cat Bagel with Albena for about 20 days while I was overseas. She was kind and responsive, and she allowed my partner to visit Bagel several times during the stay, which we appreciated. Before the stay, I mentioned that Bagel tends to eat strings or pick things up from the floor, and I asked that those items be kept away from her. Albena acknowledged this and said she would follow the instructions. My partner also mentioned that Bagel had previously gone to the ER after eating something she shouldn’t. During the visits, we did notice that there were still some strings and other small items on the floor. Because Bagel has a tendency to pick things up from the ground, this made us concerned about the possibility of her getting into something she shouldn’t, as swallowing string or small objects can be very dangerous for cats. She’s been having some mild digestion issues since getting back so we’re worried she could have eaten something that wasn’t good for her. Albena herself was very friendly and accommodating. She does a great job of introducing cats to each other and we appreciated that she allowed visits. For pets that are prone to picking things up though, it might be helpful if the space is kept as clear of small objects as possible.

amazing sitter, was a bit nervous since it's my first time doing pet boarding but Albena assured me and made me feel at ease with updated photos of my babies every day. Flight got canceled and had to add 3 extra days and Albena was more than welcoming to take care of them. Thank you for keeping them safe abd happy!
