Roo is a very finicky chihuahua with high anxiety and is an extreme velcro dog, and she bonded with Leticia without a problem! Roo also tends to go on hunger strikes while I’m away, but to my surprise and delight, she had no problems eating while at Leticia’s! Leticia sent lots of pictures and videos of Roo, which really helped my own anxiety with leaving Roo with a sitter from Rover for the first time. Every year at the beginning of January, my partner and I travel from the Bronx, NY to Coral Springs, FL with our elderly snowbird friends. We usually stay through my birthday and return at the end of the month, then make another trip back in April or May to bring them home. During these trips, having someone we can truly trust with our dog is essential. We have a 3-year-old Doberman Pinscher named Dino, and he is a big, strong boy who needs confident and experienced handling. Erick has been nothing short of amazing. My role as a doggie daycare handler provides me with constant exposure to dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments meaning no matter how big or small or excited or silly I can handle your pup. My background in training means I can provide your pup with structured care tailored to their needs. I’m currently working part-time, but have more than enough time or you and your pet.
