I've worked with Lori in the past and have always had a positive experience. Lori is very patient and kind toward my incredibly shy cat, and by the end of our trip, he was warming up to her and approaching - all because Lori honored his need for more space. :) Lori kept the home clean, washed all his bowls each day, and completed her visits in a timely manner. We will continue to work with Lori in the future, and highly recommend.

Lori took great care of our cat Pablo while we were away for over a week. She followed all the instructions we left for her so well and even managed to give Pablo his liquid oral medication with no issues which is a challenge! We really appreciate Lori’s help and plan to definitely reach out to her again in the future.
