About: Hi there! My name is Anya and I am a college student in NYC. All my life I have been surrounded by dogs and cats. Feeding and walking animals have been a part of my daily routine since I can remember. In my hometown, I frequently house sat and dealt with old, young and sick pets with care and feel comfortable doing so. About: I've had cats and dogs all my life. My family adores animals, and your pet will receive lots of love and attention from our household (my husband and I as well as our two college aged children). We recently lost our dog of 12 years and are looking to fill that hole with the time spent with your fur baby. I have a private fenced yard and there is a park on the corner of my home. I will manage all your pet's needs. I work part time 5 minutes from home. There will be at least 3 walks a day and lots of attention. FYI there is usually a family member home at all times. Pets are allowed on furniture. I will follow your regimen and provide videos and photos of your pet. I only want to service one to two pets at a time. There are no young children in our home.

“Eleni was WONDERFUL with my 2 cats!!! I will definitely be hiring her again!!! Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

To explain, I had to go into my office LAST minute and at 1230 am it was my first time using this app and I posted requests for someone to basically dog sit for the same day- she was immediately responsive even though it was a last minute request. I saw she had already gotten consistent great reviews and I was worried to leave my 7 week old shih tsu (like a baby) with anyone ) -Jameeka she handles all dog ages - she was responsive, kept me updated throughout the day. I even got stuck in traffic on the way for pick up and was late she was fine. The top 3 reasons I give Jameeka 5 stars is because 1) she is the opposite of stressful and worked with my unique needs, 2) she has great communication skills snd 3) it is clear she is an expert - my puppy was returned perfectly she gave me some updates and my puppy was happy and fell right asleep because Jameeka ensured my puppy got play time and exercise time - thank you !”

I lost my beautiful pitbull mix, Sedgwick and then Dollar both to cancer 8 years ago and 1 month ago, respectively. I used to cook for Sedg and Dollar, healthy and organic in addition to their daily vitamins and minerals. Furthermore, I have experience with dog medication/ sick dogs/ special needs since I went through it with my own dogs. Seg had to take pain killers, steroids and a series of other pills that helped prolong his life and us spend more time together. Dollar had food allergies in addition to environmental ones like pollen and the like so we were very careful with his diet and the cleaning products we use in our household. We just lost him to prostate cancer which he battled for 2 years. We are a sisters team providing the best service for you and your pets in the area. About: Rosie’s path to dog training began with a curiosity about animals that started early. As a teenager, she went to vet camp and attended a spay & neuter program which exposed her to animal health and hands-on veterinary care. Those early experiences sparked an interest not just in caring for animals, but in understanding how health, environment, and behavior intersect. That curiosity eventually led her into professional animal care and welfare. She spent several years working hands-on with dogs before joining Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC), where she gained experience with animals across a wide range of temperaments, histories, and behavioral needs. Working in a high-volume shelter environment - particularly with anxious and behaviorally complex dogs.. Over time, behavior and training became the natural focus of her work. Rosie has continued to deepen her knowledge of relationship-based and balanced training, behavior modification, play-based training, socialization and neutrality, and breed-specific care. Training her own service dog has been one of her most formative experiences, giving her an up-close understanding of how relationship, consistency, technique, and clear communication come together to create reliable behavior in the real world. Rosie’s curiosity extends beyond traditional dog training. She is deeply interested in the foundations of whole-animal wellbeing including nutrition, husbandry, enrichment, physical health, genetics, and environment, and how each can influence behavior. I work around my school schedule, which differs every day. I am available weekdays after my classes which end at 3 PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 4 PM Mondays and 7PM Thursdays. I am quite flexible so feel free to message me with any questions. I am a very trustworthy and respectful person. I am very attentive to each client's rules within their own home. I know that every animal is unique and will follow care-taking instructions diligently as if they were my own pet.
About: i’ve loved dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with yorkies (my family pet) & medium sized dogs (i have 2 of my own!) and have also taken care of my friends dogs when they travel. i work fully remote so i have time throughout the day to check in on your pets! for most services i would prefer 12pm or later :) i have 2 fur babies that do not really like the outside so we go for shorter walks most of the time, but we go for longer walks 2 - 3 days out of the week for exercise and socialization
