About: I don’t just watch pets but I truly bond with them! I’ve had my own cats for years and have been the trusted dog sitter for my family and friends since college, so I’ve seen it all and loved every minute of it. I’ll make sure to send you plenty of photos so you can see exactly how much fun they're having. My goal is to make sure your furry babies feel safe, happy, and totally spoiled while you’re away! I have flexible in office days but typically go in on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I will be home all day Monday and Friday as I usually don’t make plans during the week. I’m mostly home over the weekend if I don’t make plans. I make sure to regularly update my availability to reflect my exact schedule, so you can always count on me being there when I say I will. My husband is also around most of times! Whether it’s a workday or the weekend, your pet will have constant companionship and a steady routine. My priority is keeping your pet’s routine as normal as possible to keep them happy and stress free. In my home, your pet becomes part of the family, with plenty of cozy spots for naps, dedicated playtime, and a safe, supervised environment where they can feel right at home. Regardless of the setting, I make sure they get all the exercise, cuddles, and mental stimulation they need, topped off with daily updates to let you know how they’re doing. I live in a spacious 2 bedroom so your pet will have plenty of space to roam around as well. I would love to have a details and instructions as I know every pet is different and I’m very good at following the instructions!

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 9 years old, between dog walking in my neighborhood and owning family pets and then my own cats in college I miss having animals around. I absolutely love both dogs and cats and stop any time I can to say hi to animals on my walks. I take daily walks anyway and this way I can make sure your pets gets the exercise they need and I can get the stress relief that animals bring! I do work a full time job with quite normal hours but I also have telework days throughout the week. I am completely open on the weekends and open in the evenings. I am open to early morning walks prior to work and walks in the evening when I come home as early at 5:30pm. It is important to set boundaries of what is important for you and your pets. I like to meet the animal(s) prior to the first walk/drop in just to make sure everyone is comfortable. We will make sure to set very clear instructions for both parties to make this as smooth as possible!
“Christella was taking care of my dog while I was away. She was very caring, attentive and responsible. She updated me every visit and sent cute pics of my dog. I’m very happy with the service!”

About: I grew up around animals, and pets just make everything better. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and cats: walks, cuddles, playtime, all of it. I pay close attention to each pet's personality because every animal is different. I also follow routines, like, feeding times, walking routes, medication schedules if needed. Your fur baby will never sit alone wondering where everyone went. Senior pets and anxious dogs get extra gentleness from me -no rushing, no stress. I'll send you updates and photos because I know you'll miss them. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work regular weekday hours (9 to 5), but my husband works from home frequently, so pets are never left alone for long. I'm available for walks, drop-ins, and check-ins on weekdays (time tbd), and have a general flexible availability on weekends. I keep a consistent routine: same walk times, same feeding windows because pets thrive on predictability. Our home in Union City, NJ is calm, clean, and pet-friendly. No loud chaos, no other animals to stress yours out. I take leash safety seriously on every walk, no distractions. I'm comfortable with crates if that's what your pet is used to. I'll always follow your specific instructions because you know your pet best. Any concerns and I'll text you immediately.

About: I love caring for and being around animals. I have more than 5 years of experience caring for pets. They’re precious and deserve tender care. I have cared for dogs and cats through check ins, walks, and house sitting. I have mostly watched dogs or cats 3-4 or older. I have recently watched a kitten who is turning 1 soon and had a lot of fun so I’d be open to doing it again. I am a full time student and have a job outside of this. Pet care would be more during my weekends and free time. Seeing animals when not in class or working is such a reward! My current availability is Friday after 3 PM, anytime Saturday and Sunday, and before 5 PM on Monday. I have pet sit overnight in homes for dogs and cats. I learn quickly and take notes to assure I care for any pet well. I like to ask clients about what they typically do with their pet in a day that their pet will expect outside of feeding and walking time. This might include playing with toys once they come home for 15 minutes or treats after walks. I love doing pet phone calls for clients who want to check in with their pet in real time! A quick FaceTime call can bring such ease to a pet parent and such joy to their pet.
“Javier took great care of my cat for two weeks and was always kind, reliable, and responsible. I truly appreciate his dedication and would definitely ask for his help again. Highly recommended.”

“Anne is the best catsitter you can ask. She’s incredibly attentive, reliable, and treats Winter like her own pet, making sure he feel safe, loved, and perfectly cared for.”

About: Hi, we are Taylor and Ashleigh. We are newer to Rover but have been caring for dogs for over 20 years and have had dogs of our own since we were kids. We've raised dogs from playful puppies to their senior years, so we're completely comfortable caring for both energetic youngsters and sweet senior dogs alike. We are also fully comfortable providing any care your dog may need, including administering oral medications or injections, if required. We have cared for dogs with seizure disorders, cancer, aggression, anxiety, sweet babies that require extra attention, dogs not potty trained, dogs in heat, small dogs to very large dogs, and many more. For us, taking care of dogs and cats is our passion rooted in unconditional love. We firmly believe that our fur babies are not just pets; they are our family, and we treat every single fur baby with the exact same devotion, warmth, and pampering we would give our own. Whether your pet needs extra cuddles, a structured schedule, or gentle handling, you can trust they'll be in caring, experienced hands. You can travel with absolute peace of mind, knowing your baby is receiving the absolute best care and being loved like family. We both currently work from home so we have plenty of time to take long walks, go to the dog park, play in the backyard, or just cuddle on the couch. We are able to accommodate any specific needs or request you may have to better care for your fur baby. We are available for overnight boarding, doggy day care, walks and drop-in visits. We can’t wait to meet and care for your fur baby! We primarily work from home, so we are typically gone for no more than a couple hours a day. We have plenty of time for special attention, walks, and play time. Our dogs have always been family, so we will treat yours exactly the same way. We have a small fenced in backyard, but primarily try to take them out for at least a brief walk/bathroom break every couple of hours. We can do as many potty breaks as needed. Dogs are welcome on all furniture and are welcome to sleep in the bed at night. If your pet likes to get into things please just let us know and we will make sure there is nothing they can get into. We also have gates we can use if needed. We want you pet to have a safe and fun visit while in our care. We will do whatever we need to to make sure your pet has the best experience.

About: Hi! My name is Natty, and caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I have experience taking care of multiple dogs and cats, including my own pets: a sweet beagle named Harley, a golden retriever named Layla, and three rescued cats named Benito, Minnie, and Oreo, all of whom were adopted as strays and became part of our family. Being surrounded by animals every day has taught me how important patience, attention, and love are when caring for pets. I understand that every animal has their own personality and needs, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, or simply keeping pets company, I truly enjoy spending time with animals and treating them like family. I always make sure animals feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for, while keeping owners updated with photos and communication for peace of mind.
“Klaudia and her husband helped us out with the cats at the last minute when we ran into issues on our way back from the trip and had significant delays. So thankful to them for understanding the urgency of the situation and communicating constantly with us to make it happen.”

My own pet is AKC Caine Good Citizen Certified and I have a research background in dog Vet Care and can make adjustments to care based on breed and any current health issues. I make time to take my own pet out on adventures and I'd love to be able to take yours out for some fun as well! I'm vigilant of potential dangers with care for a pet outside of their home. I take notice of areas/ other pets to avoid and will physically step in to protect your pets boundaries.

About: I've been a cat and dog owner since I was 7, I always loved animals and I have been through many stages of learning about them. In my life I've had more cats that I rescued from the streets to adopt them and give them a fair life, and with dogs I have the patience to understand them and emphatize with them to become their friend. I'm a student and part time worker looking for a new experience in my life and some new ways of having extra income to survive the city and pay for my own bills. I have a lot of extra time after classes and also some weekends and I'm willing and excited to make this work. I will follow instructions of the owner for extra care and will also add my extra attention to the pet I'm taking care of.
About: Hi my name is Taylor! I’m a work-from-home professional in my mid-20s based in Hoboken. I’m a huge dog lover, and since I don’t have one of my own yet, I love spending my free time caring for other pups. I have plenty of experience walking and pet sitting for friends and family, and I’m often out and about walking around Hoboken—so I’d be thrilled to have your dog join me! I’m caring, reliable, and punctual, and I always treat pets as if they were my own. Whether your dog needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or some extra love and attention, I’m happy to help. Feel free to reach out with any questions or if you’d like to meet before booking. ☺️🐶 Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I work from home three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). On those days, I have plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and just giving pets company throughout the day. For walks, I keep them safely leashed, follow your preferred routes, and make sure they get plenty of exercise and sniff time. When sitting in your home, I maintain their normal feeding, play, and potty schedule, keep their space clean, and give them lots of attention and comfort so they feel relaxed while you’re away. I always send updates so you know how they’re doing.

Huge shoutout to Loretto for taking such amazing care of Amara! He was so attentive, dependable, and awesome with communication while I was away. Amara absolutely loved him, and it gave me total peace of mind seeing how well cared for she was. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

Katia was fantastic with our cat and dog. Shes friendly, followed our instructions, and was always super prompt and communicative - even helping us bring in a package. It’s so nice to find a reliable sitter in our new neighborhood. We’ll definitely be rebooking with her - thanks again Katia ☺️

Tessa has been wonderful 😊 Arya took well to her rather quickly which was impressive. She's always respectful and provides me a full detailed report. Of course, photos too! With my new commute and insane schedule, she has been so accommodating and a gem. Arya and I are lucky to have her 🐕🙃

Eva and Tyler were so helpful in dropping in on Gweni. They were super communicative and made sure they covered all the little pieces of care that were needed during the visit, including a quick potty break, putting down water, feeding dinner, and giving an antibiotic. Thank you again!
