About: I don’t just watch pets but I truly bond with them! I’ve had my own cats for years and have been the trusted dog sitter for my family and friends since college, so I’ve seen it all and loved every minute of it. I’ll make sure to send you plenty of photos so you can see exactly how much fun they're having. My goal is to make sure your furry babies feel safe, happy, and totally spoiled while you’re away! I have flexible in office days but typically go in on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I will be home all day Monday and Friday as I usually don’t make plans during the week. I’m mostly home over the weekend if I don’t make plans. I make sure to regularly update my availability to reflect my exact schedule, so you can always count on me being there when I say I will. My husband is also around most of times! Whether it’s a workday or the weekend, your pet will have constant companionship and a steady routine. My priority is keeping your pet’s routine as normal as possible to keep them happy and stress free. In my home, your pet becomes part of the family, with plenty of cozy spots for naps, dedicated playtime, and a safe, supervised environment where they can feel right at home. Regardless of the setting, I make sure they get all the exercise, cuddles, and mental stimulation they need, topped off with daily updates to let you know how they’re doing. I live in a spacious 2 bedroom so your pet will have plenty of space to roam around as well. I would love to have a details and instructions as I know every pet is different and I’m very good at following the instructions!
“This is the 2nd time Rebecca has taken care of our cat, Daphne!! She is a great, reliable sitter who sends us the best photos. Will definitely work with her again!!”

“Rachel has been so great with our elderly cat anytime we have to be away! She has no issues handling her meds, sends pictures, always cleans up and spends time hanging with her. We have used her a number of times, will use her again and recommend her to others to care for their babies!”

About: Hello My name is Noemi and I have been a dog walker since 2018! I cannot wait to meet your fur babies while you are away or at work. I am reliable, trust worthy, on time and always ready for walks no matter the weather. Hello 👋 I am available anytime please don’t hesitate to message me with your needs 🐾 Can’t wait to hear from you soon thank you I always care for pups or cats as my own you will never have to worry about your fur baby while they are under my super vision 💜

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 9 years old, between dog walking in my neighborhood and owning family pets and then my own cats in college I miss having animals around. I absolutely love both dogs and cats and stop any time I can to say hi to animals on my walks. I take daily walks anyway and this way I can make sure your pets gets the exercise they need and I can get the stress relief that animals bring! I do work a full time job with quite normal hours but I also have telework days throughout the week. I am completely open on the weekends and open in the evenings. I am open to early morning walks prior to work and walks in the evening when I come home as early at 5:30pm. It is important to set boundaries of what is important for you and your pets. I like to meet the animal(s) prior to the first walk/drop in just to make sure everyone is comfortable. We will make sure to set very clear instructions for both parties to make this as smooth as possible!
“Susanna is an incredible sitter and was able to come in on time to check on our cat, Mila. She is very detailed with her visits and ensures Mila is a happy camper while we’re away. Thank you!!”

“Melissa provides my cat Penelope with the best possible care always! Penny loves her and clearly feels at ease. Melissa takes lots of photos and videos which make me smile. Thanks Melissa!”

“Katherine is an absolute star and your animals will not only be in good hands with her — they will have a GREAT time while you’re away. My cats had a field day with their new friend while we were gone :) My husband and I were very nervous to leave our two kitten brothers alone for the first time — we scheduled an additional visit before we left so Katherine could come over to meet the kitties and walk through everything. Our cats absolutely fell in love with her! She is very prompt and communicative, and she takes pictures that are so good (truly — some framers here) you’ll feel completely at ease that your pets are in the best hands. We watched our cats relax and let loose in real time. She also has two cats of her own and you can tell how much she absolutely loves animals. Give your pets a real vacation while you’re away - book with Katherine!”

“She has taken the absolute best care of my baby! She keeps me updated at every aspect. She makes sure all of my puppy's needs are met and they have such a good time together. She communicates very well and is a total lifesaver.”

“Murray was an excellent cat sitter. He fed and played with my cats every day and even got my most timid cat to come out of hiding. He also took care of some minor things when I asked him like a camera the cats knocked over. I am really glad I hired Murray and Ana to take care of my cats while I was gone - and my cats were glad as well.”

“She is absolutely the best! She was supposed to drop in for 30 minutes, but she spent several hours and even took my dog to the dog park because she knew I’m overwhelmed with the bar exam and moving🥹🥹🥹 I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her.”

“I am so happy we found Candiance to check in on our doggy. She is so patient and understanding to our dog’s needs. She has great communication and it was easy for me to trust her to care for our dog.”

About: Hi! I’m Natalia, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals. Activities like walking, being in nature, and staying active are a big part of my lifestyle, which naturally fits well with caring for pets. I have experience caring for both cats and dogs with different personalities and needs. I’ve cared for three cats, including two that were very calm and affectionate, and one that was initially more distant and cautious. With patience and a gentle approach, I was able to build trust over time, helping the cat feel more comfortable and open to interaction. I’ve also cared for a small dog with hip dysplasia. I followed the owner’s instructions closely to support the dog’s comfort, including gentle handling and basic massage. Since the dog couldn’t use stairs, I would carefully carry them when needed. This experience taught me to be attentive, patient, and mindful of a pet’s physical limitations. What sets me apart is my patience and attention to detail. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routine, and comfort level, and I always adapt my care accordingly. Whether it’s an energetic pet that needs engagement or a more sensitive one that needs space, I focus on creating a calm and safe environment. I’m reliable and respectful of routines, including feeding, walks, and any specific care instructions. My goal is to make pets feel secure and cared for, while giving owners complete peace of mind. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet and create a positive, stress-free experience for both of you. My schedule is structured, but I offer reliable availability for specific types of care. I work in the afternoons and evenings (typically from 4:00 PM to around 11:00 PM), so I’m not available during those hours. However, I have flexibility in the mornings and early afternoons, especially if scheduled in advance. From Tuesday to Saturday, I can often accommodate morning visits or adjust my schedule when needed. I’m also available for overnight stays if your pet needs care during the night. Sundays and Mondays are my most flexible days, with greater availability throughout the day—especially Mondays. I’m happy to coordinate with pet owners to find a schedule that works best for both sides while ensuring pets receive consistent and attentive care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always aim to follow their usual routines as closely as possible to help pets feel comfortable and secure. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, playtime, and any specific instructions provided. I make sure the environment is clean, safe, and calm, and I’m respectful of the client’s home at all times. I also provide updates and photos, so owners can feel reassured while they are away. My priority is to create a stress-free experience for both the pet and the owner by being attentive, reliable, and caring.

“We're just getting started with Leslie, but the first week was great. He pays attention to details, and he's been very flexible about changes in my travel schedule.”

“Mari was a great sitter for our 2 cats! Even our shy kitty warmed up to her really quickly. We loved seeing the thorough updates from her while we were on vacation, so we knew they were well looked after!”

“Anne was great to work with and very accommodating with our new puppy Minnie. She sent us lots of updates and photos and we definitely recommend her. Minnie enjoyed her time with Anne.”

Sana is excellent! Great communication, attention to detail, and ability to connect with animals. She was also very friendly and easy to coordinate with throughout. My two shy cats warmed up to her very quickly, and I was able to enjoy my travel so much more knowing they were happy and so well cared for!

Natalie did an amazing job taking care of our cats, Momo and Didi! We left quite a detailed set of care instructions, and she followed everything carefully, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She also sent us lots of videos and updates throughout the visits, and we really appreciated being able to see how our cats were doing. It was clear that she genuinely cared about them and took great care of them. We would absolutely book Natalie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful cat sitter!

Jolea is an excellent car sitter: kind to animals and people, reliable, responsible, polite, and communicative. This is the second time I hired Jolea to cat-sit our old cat during our 10 + days away from home, and will continue to hire her down the road. I highly recommend Jolea J., A +++

Elizabeth was so great in helping me look after my cat Trixie while I was away for a few days. She was very communicative with updates each visit, even when unexpected circumstances happened, and sent plenty of pictures to keep me from missing Trixie too much while away. Would highly recommend Elizabeth for any future petsitting needs!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
