Wow! Yushan is such an awesome pet sitter! Highly recommend! This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous at first, but Yushan agreed to a meet and greet before the official sitting date to get to know the kitties and their routines. One of my cats needs medicine so I wanted to make sure she would be comfortable giving him his pill and that he’d be agreeable taking it from her. While I was away Yushan communicated the timing she would be over, and also provided multiple pictures and updates during the visit, showing them eating and playing. She also provided daily wellness updates so I’d know if they were eating, drinking, taking their meds, etc. This really put me at ease during my long trip to know they were with such a caring and attentive professional. When I came home, the kitties were completely relaxed and centered - which definitely would not have been the case if they had to be boarded at the vet and spent a week in a tiny cage. I will definitely be using Yushan in the future!
Reggie was greatly taken care of during this drop-in visit booking! As he's going through a couple ailments right now, we were worried to leave him in anothers care. However, not only did they give him lots of love and playtime, they also were able to give him eye medication, and inhaler, and his steroid pill! They also sent over many photos, updates, and were incredibly communicative. I will be rebooking, thank you for taking such great care of Reggie <3
We had an amazing first experience with Yushan and Sam and Rover, and we couldn't recommend them more! Before our trip, we had a meet-and-greet at our home where we all got to know each other, and they had the chance to meet our cat. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and confident that he would be in great hands. Throughout the entire stay, they sent us daily updates with lots of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that he wasn't just being looked after, he was having a great time! They played with him, gave him so much love and attention. When we got home, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. We're beyond grateful for the love, care, and dedication they gave our baby. We will absolutely book with them again for our future trips, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and wonderful pet sitters. Thank you both so much! ❤️
Really nice and attentive pet sitter. She went above and beyond to make my cats feel safe and comfortable. She also sent lots of photos and messages throughout the visit, and my cats seem to love her company!
We only have nice things to say about Yushan, she was very kind, professional, and caring. We received just the right amount of updates before we started to wonder if Ukah was doing well, with pictures showing how much fun he was having. It was also nice that Yushan had other dog and cats allowing our Ukah to socialize, since he doesn’t have any other dog/cat siblings. Despite our last-minute daycare arrangement, Yushan thoroughly asked for any needs or requests and cared for Ukah as discussed. We are very satisfied with our experience and would be happy to recommend Yushan to others.

Schedule
We both are working full time but at least one can work from home and take care the cats/dogs. Potty time may depend on the weather, if the weather is good, we can take as much we can or per your preference.

Safety, trust & environment
In our apartment, we have two bedrooms. If your cat/dog doesn't get along with my pets, we can easily isolate them. We don't mind if your pets stay on our bed or any other furniture. We have pet beds available, both for winter and summer use. If you prefer, you can also bring your own pet's belongings. We're very accommodating!

A typical day
We usually take our dog for walk usually three times a day if the weather is good. Sometimes go to dog park or along the river for long walk. Also we usually take our dog to have social activities every weekend: hiking, restaurants, play dates with other dogs.
