DROP INS - 30 minutes and I’ll do whatever is needed in that time. This could be a combination of feeding, meds, quick potty/walk, indoor playtime, etc. For high-energy, active dogs, you can extend the visit to an hour for additional walking time. BOARDING - Hours are from 8pm to 8am with some flexibility on drop off and pick up times. Your dog stays overnight at my place. DAY CARE - My day care hours are from 7am - 6pm. Requests past these hours will be considered boarding. I do a minimum of 2-4 walks a day, depending on your dogs needs. Owners must provide food for their pets, but I can also accommodate for an added fee of $10 per day (includes treats/meals). Please ask about food options and provide allergy info + food preferences if interested in that service. *please drop off and pick up pets in a timely manner. $25 charge for every hour late. I will love and care for your pet the way you do for them. I treat every animal I care for like family, providing patience, space, and extra attention as needed. I’m super safety conscious and keen on details, so if there are any particular habits, routines, or schedules you’d like me to follow, if your pet is trained or undergoing training and there’s anything you want me to reinforce, or if your pet has special needs and requires special care, please reach out to me with those details. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
