Usually I have the same sitters so I was a little bit nervous (mostly after some back-and-forth with other potential sitters, it's a bit of a wild ride on Rover last minute HUH?!), we met and my pup got to meet Patrice's pups and get comfortable in their space. But sometimes when work calls or when you simply need a little “me” time, we need help from someone we can trust to love and care for our pets while we’re away. My pet care experience comes from working at and caring for shelter animals, caring for stray cats, fostering cats and dogs, and loving my own beloved pets (My two dogs that have since passed - Terri, 18, Maple, 12, and cat - August, 4). DROP INS - 30 minutes and I’ll do whatever is needed in that time. This could be a combination of feeding, meds, quick potty/walk, indoor playtime, etc. For high-energy, active dogs, you can extend the visit to an hour for additional walking time. BOARDING - Hours are from 8am to 8pm, with some flexibility on drop off and pick up times. Your dog stays overnight at my place. I do a minimum of 2-4 walks a day, depending on your dogs needs. Owners must provide food for their pets, but I can also accommodate for an added fee of $10 per day (includes treats/meals). Please ask about food options and provide allergy info + food preferences if interested in that service. DAY CARE - Drop off for day care is between 7-8am to 4-6pm. Requests past these hours will be considered boarding. I will love and care for your pet the way you do for them. I treat every animal I care for like family, providing patience, space, and extra attention as needed. I’m super safety conscious and keen on details, so if there are any particular habits, routines, or schedules you’d like me to follow, if your pet is trained or undergoing training and there’s anything you want me to reinforce, or if your pet has special needs and requires special care, please reach out to me with those details. About: When I was a child my family owned and cared for dogs, horses, bunnies, and chickens which meant I became an animal caretaker at a very young age. In addition to helping to feed, groom, and clean up after our pets, I was aIso responsible for administering our dog’s daily diabetes insulin. I am conveniently located near a park so go on at least two walks a day, weather permitting. DAYCARE CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: 1. Daycare refers to drop off between 8-9am and 5-6pm, a 8-hour period. 2. I understand that being away from your furbaby can be nerve-wracking, but you can rest assured that I will provide clear communication and photo updates when your pet is in my care. I do not have an attached yard, but the park is a hop, skip, and a jump away, so it’s easy to take potty breaks whenever necessary. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Please arrive with your pet on a leash. I am a strong advocate for pet safety and leash laws. 2. I do not allow guests into my home, but would be happy to meet you downstairs at drop-off and pick-up times. 3. I will ALWAYS send photos throughout the appointment, even if not directly requested. INCLEMENT WEATHER DISCLAIMER: I take all weather advisories seriously. When the heat index is above 90°F degrees or windchill is below 20°F walks will be cut short for your pet's safety and for my own. Walks will consist of “doing their business” then returning indoors. I enjoy being around animals and making sure they feel comfortable, active, and cared for throughout the day. I always make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well supervised in both my home and a client’s home. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, and any special instructions from owners. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets and try to create a calm, clean, and trustworthy environment where they can feel secure and relaxed.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 5 years and treat every pup like family. I offer boarding, walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. I have a small yard for potty breaks and fresh air, and I always take dogs to a big nearby park so they can run, play, and get plenty of exercise. I’m comfortable all breeds. I follow each dog’s routine for feeding, meds, and walks, and I send regular photo/video updates so you have peace of mind. Safety, positive reinforcement, and lots of love are my top priorities. - Boarding : In my home, with daily park trips - Walk's: 30–60 min walks around the neighborhood or park - Drop-ins: Feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and cuddles Im currently back to class so im not home as much but my mom is home and so is my brother and father so your dog wouldn’t be home by themselves, I don’t have class on Wednesdays and Sundays so whenever I am home I will be spending a lot of time with them and making sure they are getting a lot of love. I live in an apartment with a small, secure backyard for quick potty breaks and fresh air. For real exercise, I take dogs to a large nearby park where they can safely run and explore. Your dog will never be left unsupervised outside. I stick to your feeding/medication routines, and send regular photo updates
