I am extremely protective of my cats, and I do not trust easily when it comes to their care. But Rie completely changed that for me. Throughout the entire stay, she sent me daily updates and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. My cats were clearly comfortable in her home and with her pets, and seeing them relaxed and happy made me feel so relieved. When my flight was delayed, she was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which I deeply appreciated. Rie went above and beyond in every way, and I can honestly say I trust her completely now. For someone like me who does not trust anyone with my fur babies, that says everything. She treated my cats with the delicate care and love I give them myself. If you are on the fence, do not be. About: I’ve always been the person who stops to pet every dog or cat I see around the neighborhood, so getting to spend more time with animals is pretty much my idea of a good day. 🐾 I have 10+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats, including working as a Kennel Attendant at VCA Rock Creek Hospital, walking dogs for a local dog-walking company, and caring for my own senior dog from the Humane Society, Mr Benny. After Benny passed away about a year ago, I still had so much love to give to animals! So I started volunteering with Animal Aid, where I help care for dogs and cats in need of homes. I’d love to give you an extra hand with your furry friend next. I’ve worked with dogs of all different ages, energy levels, and breeds, and I’m comfortable administering medication when needed. But honestly, one of my favorite parts of pet care is getting to know each animal’s personality—and getting to know their person, too. Whether your dog needs a good walk, your cat needs some company, or your pet just needs someone to give them a little extra love while you’re away, I’d be excited to help! I currently work a typical full-time schedule, so my availability is primarily on weekends in the afternoons and evenings. I’m happy to coordinate ahead of time to find a schedule that works well for both you and your pet. I only offer house visits, so I won’t be watching pets in my own home. I think pets are usually happiest staying in their own space, and I’m happy to come to them! I’ll follow your care instructions, make sure everything is secure before I leave, and send updates or photos if you’d like. I’m currently available for house visits during the times and within the radius listed on my profile.

About: Ive been around dogs my whole life! A couple things to note with me is that I as well love hiking and if you'd like more exercise while your away for your furry friend i love taking them on moderately easy hikes to see Oregon, just like you and me! My favorite category for dogs are bigger ones my all time favorite is pit bulls. I as well love reptiles and one day hope to have a snake! I work part-time from Thursday-Sunday and go to college M-Th and Saturdays. So im available after class and before work days! Im a College student working to get an associates for the fire service, and will one day be a woman firefighter ! So I'm strong, patient, and easy-going. My parents have 2 cats and 1 dog Ive looked after when they go onto trips. So the usual feeding, watering, and changing litter. And when it comes to the dog, walks as well!

About: I moved back to Aloha in 2023 after 6 years in Central Oregon, where I first got involved with dog rescue and animal care. If there’s one thing people know about me, it’s that I’m a huge animal person. I don’t just "watch" pets; I really enjoy getting to know their personalities and making sure they feel safe while their owners are away. I have a lot of experience with the "tricky" stuff—dogs with high anxiety, medical needs, or those that just need a little extra patience. I'm used to following strict feeding schedules and making sure meds are taken on time, so you don't have to worry about their routine being disturbed. In addition to dogs and cats, I also have exposure to horses, pigs, goats, and chickens. I’m reliable, I’m a great communicator, and I’ll treat your animals like they’re my own. Given the schedule I have for work and my personal dogs, your routine may vary slightly in my home. I have space for guest dogs so I can keep on a crate rotation to be able to meet and respect all the dogs' needs.

About: I have been walking dogs for the past 7 years ago and I have been pet sitting for about 5 years. I have experience working with with all ages of dogs from puppies to seniors, and various sizes and breeds. I love caring for people's pets while they are away and making sure that the animals are comfortable and happy! I also have experience cat sitting and love cats just as much as dogs!! I have two cats of my own, and grew up having dogs! I also currently work with puppies on the weekends :) I work on the weekends and have off most of the week, so I have a pretty open schedule Monday through Friday! I’d love to spend time hanging with and caring for other peoples animal during the week! I care for pets by introducing myself to them, letting them sniff me, and building trust and a relationship. I am happy to follow any directions given to provide quality care to clients’ pets!
