Rachel has been outstanding, having done above and beyond what we expected with the sitter. We can tell that our cat, Karasu, had been very happy from the photos Rachel sent to us, as well as from the way she looked when we returned home yesterday. We will definitely get back to her, when we need a care for Karasu.

My first time having Rachel take care of my cat and it went great. She was respectful of my home and of my grouchy cat’s standoffish nature. I appreciated the updates and pictures and would definitely have her back. It’s stressful to leave your cat’s care to a new person and this was a great experience. :)

As always, Rachel is always dependable and reliable when I need her to check in on my kitty Daphne. She has great communication and always sends lots of pics. Plus, Daphne has such a good bond with Rachel so I know she trusts her. Thanks Rachel for always being there when we need you!

Yet another wonderful visit with Rachel. I'm an anxious cat mom with four cats, one of which has extra steps for her food and medicine, and i always feel extra comfortable leaving them knowing Rachel will be visiting. Was out of town with friends and one of them is looking for someone new to watch his dog, and he was pretty nervous about trying out Rover. I showed him the detailed visit summaries Rachel leaves and all the photos, and told him how much I look forward to getting updates from Rachel. He thought she was too good to be true! My friend is now optimistic he can find a great dogsitter through Rover. Hopefully they'll be as good as Rachel!
